"The hotel is in good condition and seems to have just been renovated. The hotel's elevator seems to be shared with another hotel, and breakfast is on the top floor. The laundry room is on the first floor with two new washers and dryers. The room is a little small, probably because I am in a corner, so the room is L-shaped. The facilities are very new. There is Xiaodu that can connect to Bluetooth to play your own music, and there are smart curtains. The TV is also very new, and you can cast the screen to watch movies and play music. The sanitation is also very good and clean. But when the cleaning lady came to clean, she opened the door as wide as possible. I was a little concerned about privacy because the room was very close to the elevator entrance and the door was where the elevator had to pass. She responded by saying “I can’t clean if it’s not opened this wide.” She works skillfully and quickly. I liked it very much, the bed was very comfortable, and I also took a beautiful photo of the sunrise in the room."

"It's 2025, and I never expected a four-star hotel to have such a stunning environment. I rarely write reviews, but this hotel compels me to speak up. First, during check-in, the receptionist asked if I had booked a special offer room. I said yes, and that was probably the beginning of the disaster. All the following descriptions of the environment are based on my special offer room; I haven't seen the other rooms and won't comment on them. (PS: Even the special offer room cost me over 240 yuan, and I don't think 240 yuan a night is cheap in Tongcheng.) The room I was assigned was on the 8th floor. As soon as I took the elevator up, something felt off. The stairwell was old, with many very old mirrors, and the low ceiling made it feel cramped. The doors were all wooden and small. The bathroom door felt like an antique from decades ago; I suggest museums collect it. The room itself was truly shocking. In such a small room (excluding the bathroom), there were four large mirrors! The hotel was very thoughtful, probably worried that guests wouldn't be able to see themselves clearly while sleeping. There was a huge mirror at the head of the bed and another at the foot of the bed; I was even afraid to get up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. Then came the most shocking part: the bathroom. It's 2025, and this is a four-star hotel! You have to stand in the bathtub to shower, and the tub doesn't drain automatically; you have to manually remove the plug to drain the water. Otherwise, you're showering while your feet are soaking—such an advanced way to bathe! The shower curtain is beyond words, as shown in the picture. The reason I didn't contact the hotel staff is because this is basic infrastructure, and they can't renovate it. I suggest the hotel management seriously consider the renovation, or at least provide guests with better rooms to live up to the four-star hotel title. Other issues like peeling wallpaper are not worth mentioning. Best wishes!"

"أقمت مؤخراً في فندق فينوس رويال (متاجر تونغتشينغ تونغجوو شياو تشوي) وهي مناسبة للاسترخاء وتجول في الشوارع. ويقع الفندق على الطريق السريع المؤدي إلى الخروج المثالي لرحلات السفر، زيارات الأعمال، أو محطات المصنع. تتوفر مواقف مجانية للسيارات في الموقع. تحتوي كل غرفة مكيفة على جهاز تلفزيون مع قنوات فضائية، وهي مكيفة الهواء وبها جهاز تلفزيون مع قنوات فضائية. وتضم حماماً داخلياً مزوداً بأجهزة كمبيوتر شخصي و وجدت معيشة وديكور اللوبي يأسرني ويعيبني على الفور، وغرفتي كانت فسيحة وغير نظيفة ويتحوي على نوافذ كبيرة. ووجبة الإفطار كانت وفيرة من الخيارات الذوق. الخدمة كانت ودية وفعالة، وخدمة ركن السيارة كان سهلا، والمعروف لصيق للصور الرائعة. تمنيت فقط صغر حجم الفندق واضافة مساحات للحمام والتكييف ممتاز وايضا ديكور الغرفة رائع والمساحة كذلك ويوجد موظفين ذوي اخلاق عالية وتعامل رائع . ايضا مايميزه فقط صغر حجم الغرف وتوفر مواقف خاصة بالسيارات وايضا قرب الفندق من بعض الخدمات ويوجد بالقرب منه مول صغير وفيه اغلب الماركات المعروفة ايضا مطعم الفندق بالدور الاول ومطعم برقر."
