"Ruipin Hotel has a great location, very close to Wanda Plaza, Middle East Plaza, and Eurasia Plaza, all within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants and snack shops nearby, making dining very convenient. The staff are friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors and excellent soundproofing. The beds are super comfortable. The smart home system is very convenient; you can easily turn the lights on and off by asking Xiao Ai (Xiaomi's AI assistant). I would definitely stay at this hotel again next time."

"The hotel offered a choice of one of four pick-up and drop-off services: one from the high-speed rail station and one from Wanfeng Ski Resort. When we arrived, they said there was no pick-up service, but later, when they heard we were going to the ski resort, they said we could stay there and they guaranteed pick-up and drop-off. The room didn't have underfloor heating; they said it was central heating, but it wasn't up to standard. A staff member came and turned on the heater, but the shower was inconsistently hot and cold, and they couldn't get it set properly."

"The hotel is truly wonderful. Let's start with the amenities. The bed was so soft it felt like sinking into a cloud, and I had a wonderful night's sleep. The hot water in the bathroom came quickly and the temperature was incredibly consistent, making washing up a fantastic experience. There was also a fully functional bathtub 🛁, which was incredibly comfortable. The gym was brand new and well-equipped. As for the ambiance, the hotel boasts a grand exterior and a warm, high-end interior. The garden is lush and refreshing, with a small fountain that lights up beautifully at night. The surrounding area is conveniently located for shopping and dining. The front desk service was also excellent. Xiaohong, the staff member, was attentive and helpful, and even upgraded my room for two nights. This was a truly perfect experience, and I'll give it a full five stars. I'll definitely stay here again."

"Ruipin Hotel has a great location, just minutes' walk from Middle East, Eurasia, and Wanda Plaza. It's also close to the river, with a beautiful river view at night. The front desk service was very attentive, and they upgraded our room for free. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and attentive, always available when needed, and cleaned promptly. The room was well-equipped, clean, and odor-free. The hotel had excellent soundproofing, and the underfloor heating throughout the room was very warm. The breakfast was also good, featuring Northeastern home-style dishes. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time."

"Just checked in. A small gift was given for Valentine's Day (see picture 1). We stayed on the first floor. There's a bathtub (see picture 2), but it's too far away. We wanted to stay on the second floor, but were told the air conditioning wasn't working. Just walked up to our room, and the front desk guy said there were rooms decorated for Valentine's Day. The air conditioning was fine, so we moved to a room on the second floor (see picture 3). We had two breakfasts delivered. We parked in D4, and the front desk provided free parking. We also had two Cokes and orange juice slices. The bathrobes were excellent quality. The occupancy rate is so low, so it feels so empty, hahaha. Overall, the experience was very good. It would have been nice to have a bathtub on the second floor."

"First, the advantages: it's close to the ski resort, about 100 meters away. The room was very warm, which is also an advantage, considering the outdoor temperature in Tonghua is currently below -20 degrees Celsius. The disadvantages: First, the front desk service was poor 👎. When we checked in, we were given a very small room with a small window, making it feel very cramped. We were changed to a slightly better room at our request, about 20 square meters. On the day we checked in, it was a Sunday. After returning from the hot springs at 10 pm, we called the front desk to ask about breakfast hours. We called five or six times, but the phone rang once or twice before being silenced. We couldn't call room service or the restaurant either, as the phone rang but no one answered. I went to the guestroom office on the third floor and asked a staff member, who told me it was from 7:30 am to 10:00 am. The next morning, we went down for breakfast at 9:40 am, but the restaurant had already closed. At our request, we were given a few pieces of bread and the remaining pastries. I complained to the front desk, and they just gave us a fruit platter. Also, the room was poorly cleaned; the photo shows how the bed was made when we returned the next day."
