房價很便宜，所以本身期待值就已經降低了，整體上來説還是可以的，但是有幾點還是要提一下，首先，房間位置就不合理，緊靠着門口和前台，亂糟糟的，聲音很吵。被罩上還有一處筆油沒有清洗乾淨。客房的上面還在堆放雜物，這是客房還是倉庫啊…因為比較便宜當時也晚上了沒有要求更換房間，但是還是希望可以稍微整改一下。

這是我此次東北旅遊主動想點評的賓館，房子是新裝修的，衞生乾淨、被褥舒服、毛巾和浴巾也很新很好用。特別值得一提的是她家新裝修的一樓房間是乾濕分離的衞生間。老闆是個爽快人，我打電話希望給我留一間乾濕分離衞生間的客房，她很認真的做了安排，非常感謝！門口可停車，吃晚餐和早餐都不遠，一切都方便。關鍵是價格便宜哦，性價比高。強烈推薦！

非常不錯，環境衞生都很好，尤其早上8點左右樓道里很安靜，下次來還會選擇這家賓館的，位置也很好，睡的很好，一直睡到7點

非常非常滿意！這個價位可以住到這個環境的賓館真的是超出預期直接寫個好評哈哈哈哈，很乾凈，無異味，衞生間居然還是乾濕分離的，鏡子居然還是燈控的那種，賓館還挺新，電視也很清楚，前台是兩個漂亮的姐姐看我們三個人搬着行李不方便還安排了一樓，賓館周邊還算熱鬧，吃飯什麼的都很方便，有機會來的話還選這家，還在翻評論的同志選這家就對了，性價比超級高！好評
設施：很完善
衞生：乾淨整潔無異味
環境：不錯，周邊方便吃飯
服務：貼心

位置：在紅綠燈的路口，很好找。
環境：乾淨整潔，洗手間不錯。
設施：基本設施良好，都可以正常使用。
衞生：差評。主要體現在床上用品，枕套上有不明污漬，黃的一圈。床單也不乾淨，睡覺都沒敢脱衣服。
體驗：對付一下可以，想舒服點還是建議選擇連鎖酒店吧。
