房間環境很差，十分潮濕，衞生狀況很差，而且還私自把我給家人訂的二樓房型換成了最差的特價房型。
我給家人訂的時候就考慮到最便宜的特價“金粉佳人”肯定有硬傷，所以沒選它，而是選了貴一點的二樓的“蓮葉田田”房間。
但是，家人旅遊回來，我問情況，卻是跟我抱怨連連：房間是一樓的，整個房間都十分潮濕，床鋪潮濕，房間地面一直都有水，衞生間更是一直有水；床鋪是沒換洗過的、不衞生；房間雖是有窗户但相當於沒有，因為窗户外隔着一米多的窄巷就是別人家窗户，衹能整天拉上簾子。
家人因為到晚上才進到酒店而且不清楚具體預訂情況，就服從安排了，但一整晚都因為潮濕和衞生狀況睡不好。
回來後我問家人情況和看家人拍的照片，才發現店家這麼無良地騙長者，不經商量就把我訂的房間換成最差的最便宜的房間，實在是太讓人氣憤了！
（注：。接站服務是有的。入住前店家在電話裏溝通態度是好的，還説如果有空房會考慮給我們升級；沒想到最後竟然是不聲不響地給我們降級了。呵呵）
