這麼久以來碰到的最差的一次住店經歷，必須發出來給大家避雷。
1.設施故障：床底一整條燈帶感應失靈，無法關閉，唯一的解決辦法是拔掉取電卡。但是房間沒有不間斷電源無法，拔掉取電卡後廁所無法沖水，夜間上廁所非常不安全。
2.服務水平差：致電前台試圖解決問題，被告知無其餘空房間可換，維修師傅下班，無眼罩提供。總之就是無預案，不解決。後查看平台，發現僅僅是同房型滿房，完全可以更換其他房型的房間。
3. 服務態度差中之差：客人遇到入住問題，酒店應該積極協助解決，結果反倒被前台反問“那怎麼辦？”“你難道幾分鐘都等不了嗎？”，前台還會惡狠狠直接撂電話，態度絕了。
最後實在是懶得跟他們廢話，勉強睡了一晚提前退房了

出差住這裏，停車方便。酒店房間挺大，衞生也不錯，早餐豐富好吃。攜程價格美麗，總體來説再通榆算是很好的了。

酒店環境還可以，就是有味道，早餐一般不算很豐盛，個人感覺酒店有點味道，舒適程度還可以，就是衞生還需要再好一點，洗手間有塵土

房間寬敞明亮，乾淨無異味，居住體驗很不錯。尤其早餐值得一提，所有的飯菜食材都很新鮮，味道棒極了！
入住後，服務員還送來了新鮮的水果，非常暖心。

好的地方不説了，説兩點不好的，一房間不錯但是智能設備欠維護，小度除了能開關電視其他實際上沒什麼用，窗簾開關不起作用，燈開關也不起作用，實在雞肋，網絡也差看個電影刷個視頻都會卡。
二，房服人員欠陪訓，住了兩天，二次在睡覺的時候被服務人員私自進入，第一天，送水果自己就開門進來了，第二天打掃衞生，又是自己進來了。別説你們敲過門了，你睡覺的時候聽的到敲門啊？送水果不會事先打個電話啊，打掃衞生客人沒要求憑什麼自己進來？就算房間沒人少了東西算誰的？更何況我們情侶出行，睡着覺就進來了，客人私隱都不顧的嗎？
三最後一點可能是地方特色吧，反正我每年全國各地跑五六次，衹在白城見過，都什麼年代了還收二百按金！退房時還得查房了再返還，這是對客人的不信任，反正讓人挺不爽的
總結一下，有努力做品質酒店的心，但細節上和大城市同檔次的酒店差距頗大
