My stay at Hotel Goti was perfect, thanks to their exceptional customer service, attentive staff, and the stunning location. As a solo traveler, I felt completely at ease and well-cared for throughout my visit. Nestled in a beautiful lake town, serene mountain valley, the hotel offered breathtaking views that added an extra layer of tranquility to my visit. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with genuine smiles and a sense of warmth that made me feel at home. The staff were incredibly attentive, always anticipating my needs and ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect. Whether if it was, assisting with local recommendations, or checking in to see if I needed anything, their dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled. The level of care and professionalism shown by every member of the team truly sets Hotel Goti apart. The perfect combination of outstanding hospitality, attentive service, and such a picturesque setting makes Hotel Goti a true gem. I can’t recommend this place enough and hope to return one day

Fantastic spa hotel! We were welcomed by lovely and very professional receptionists. The room was upgraded free of charge. We had a bath tub in the bedroom, spacious terrace with a breathtaking view of mountains! Comfy king size bed.The room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was lovely, everything was fresh and delicious. There was a free parking behind the hotel and it only took us 10min to walk to town centre. We will be back! Thank you for making our stay very special!

Wonderful location and convenient access to town and restaurants. The breakfast was truly fabulous with great selection, service and fresh products. Our only complaint was the pillows are quite firm amd ventilation in the room was not great for sleep.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the shores of lake Garda, and within walking distance of restaurants and shops, and local bus stop. Rooms are comfortable, well designed, clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful and fluent in English. Breakfast is good. Dinner menu was OK, but could be better. Service is very good. Overall, the hotel is value for money.

This hotel is almost perfect in every way. Amazing location. Very comfortable rooms with beautiful scenery from the balcony, big bed, toiletries, Smart TV, gorgeous room and very practical too. Had Spa access every night after dinner included in my stay - sauna, steam, jacuzzi relaxation room with tea and snacks, robe and slippers - perfect end to an evening after a busy day sightseeing and exploring the many beautiful towns along Lake Garda. I would definitely stay here again. Shout out to Yasmin for recommending really good restaurants and for ensuring we had amazing private spa access at a time of our choice! She even managed to open it longer for us, especially! Always friendly , smiling and happy to help. Love the staff here. Beautiful breakfast with amazing coffee brought right to us perfect every time. Fresh juice with a juicer and amazing cakes!!! I look forward to coming back here again one day if I am lucky enough to! We are from the U.K and have never rented a car before, the free hotel parking was great and we managed to drive around fine although we were a bit scared at first! Definitely recommend renting a car to explore all of Lake Garda freely. Thank you Hotel Goti for a Good Time!!!

We had a lovely stay at the hotel, staff were great and the waitresses were brilliant and very kind. It's a spa hotel and you can tell, really nice room, very clean and lovely shower. There were lots of things to do nearby, activities and shops within walking distance. Some really nice hikes in the area too! Overall we had a really nice stay.
