I had an amazing experience staying at Adastay Suites during a recent business trip to Toronto, and I couldn’t recommend it more. From the moment I booked, communication was clear and consistent. The host was responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about making my stay comfortable. The suite itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything I needed — perfect for both work and relaxation. The check-in process was smooth, and the location was ideal, especially for anyone attending conferences or events nearby. What stood out most was the reliability and transparency of the booking process. In a city where accommodations fill up fast and prices spike, it was such a relief to have a host and property I could trust. I’ve stayed in many short-term rentals, and Adastay is one of the few I’d book again without hesitation. Equipped with luxury items and necessities you’ll need to feel at home and comfortable. If you’re looking for a clean, well-managed, and dependable place to stay, Adastay Suites is the one. The transit subway, mall, and food mart, all within a minute walk. Situated in the downtown centre. A true gem in the city!

I booked a suite at Adastay Suites for business in March, 2025. I am attending a large mining conference (25K+ people) and hotels are expensive and tough to find. You have to book 6 - 10 months in advance. I booked and paid the full 6 days for an Adastay Suite in July, 2024 through *******. In mid-January, I received an email from ******* saying they were refunding my $1,800 as I had cancelled my reservation. I did not cancel it! I tried to contact the hotel directly and they did not return my call. ******* tried to contact them and they did not return Expedia's call. They lied about the room cancellation and likely sold the room at higher price due to high demand. I have had to rebook at another hotel, more reputable, and because I booked within 6 weeks of the March date, I am paying twice the price. This hotel is not reliable or honest and not up to TripAdvisor or Expedia's level of service and quality.
