very clean and comfortable with lots of food places around! staff were also very accommodating and friendly
We had a great time on our vacation in this hotel, The staff was very nice and helpful and the environment was very pleasant, We will definitely come back to this hotel and recommend it to others.

Convenient location near highway 401. Plenty of car parking space but need to pay cad 20 per day. No frill hotel without any facilities. Terrible coffee in room. The entire hotel only has 3 lifts for all guests with 1 out of the 3 lifts permanently not working. The lift is so slow and crowded. We were allocated the room next to the lift despite we requested a room furthest from the elevator. It was so noisy every morning.

We are frequent guests at this hotel because of its location near Sunnybrook hospital. Over the past 3 years, both the hotel and its staff have noticeably declined. Maintenance issues abound— at least one of lobby doors and guest elevators is out of service is usually of service. Indeed, on our last visit we were guided to the freight elevators to reach our room
when all guest elevators were out of service. While filthy, the freight elevators were at least speedy and functioning. Bathroom fixtures and guest room furnishings are shabby and in need of repair/replacement. I have yet to find a functioning safe in any of the many rooms I have stayed in over the past 3 years. The outdoor pool is dirty and pool staff don’t seem to know how to clean it. The hotel has recently begun offering included breakfast in some room rates. While the food is fine, the restaurant is understaffed when the hotel occupancy is high. We waited over 45 minutes to be served breakfast one morning. Staff seems overwhelmed by the many issues guests encounter and lack training/management leadership to help them improve. Perhaps that is the bottom line on this hotel. Management commitment to providing a pleasant guest experience is simply absent and that lack of care is visible in all aspects of this hotel.
