Day staff was very helpful except for they couldn't help us with fixing the room temperature which was a bit too warm. I tried calling the front desk multiple times between 8pm to 9:30 pm but no one picked up the phone. In addition, there should be atleast a couple of drinking water bottles in the room so that the travelers can get settled and then they can go out or buy stuff that they need but alteast offering that initially would go long ways.

早餐品種雖簡單但基本食物和飲料都有。

沒被子，是毯子。薄了。沒有找到備用的。其他都還不錯。前台也很友善熱情。下次來，還會入住。

早餐太簡單，品種很少，房間很乾凈整潔，洗了幾件衣服，沒有及時送到，被子太薄，晚上感覺有點冷，空調不能調節温度

Staffs are friendly

還不錯。暖氣很足。就是房裡是默認5天整理一次，中間需要換毛巾等可以跟前台説。早餐屬於簡約自助。

I booked a room for one night but ended up extending it for another night. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was good. Did not encounter housekeeping, or use any of the facilities like the pool. My one comment is that the heater in my room was rather loud.

也就個三星商務酒店，空調聲音賊響，窗外就是停車位，車子就停在窗邊，窗簾也拉不上，透光，房間衞生不是天天打掃，退房11點好説歹説12點前退房，如果30點退房要付額外費用還不少

房間設施一般，洗臉池出水量很小，排水堵塞，窗簾拉不嚴，衹能算湊合住吧

酒店有比較偏僻，距離1.7公里的地鐵站並不存在，那條地鐵線（傳説中的3號線）處於永久關閉狀態，或許就從來沒開通過。

習慣性好評

連鎖品牌酒店，下限還是有保障的。這個房型房間巨大，兩個洗漱台……
