Very disappointing. The lady in reception couldn’t raise a smile throughout our whole 3 day visit. We paid extra for premier plus room hoping for a sea view but we only had a sea glimpse, we asked about this and asked if we could change to a different room and she said that they were extra and they were all full. We said there are only two options online, standard or premier plus, she just shrugged her shoulders and said there were no others rooms. Why is it not explained on the website that there are 3 options. We told her we had parked in a disabled space, ( with a blue badge) she said you’ve still got to pay, that’s fair enough but we said we hadn’t paid last year when we parked there so she snapped well you should have. This lady is the first point of contact for guests and I think she needs customer service training. On the third day we came back to the room in the afternoon to get changed and member of maintenance staff just walked in the room!! He didn’t knock, he did apologise but that’s not the point. The ultimate WiFi is terrible and not worth paying for and the free WiFi just keeps dropping off and the TV was pixelated. All in all we are really disappointed with our stay here.
