Holiday Home with Equipped Outdoor Area in Torre Dell'Orso

The accommodation is a three-room apartment on the ground floor; the house is air-conditioned, boasts two parking spaces and is located in a residential area of the renowned tourist resort of Torre Dell'orso, about 900 meters from the sandy beach. The accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably, has a front patio with outdoor dining area, a living room with sofa bed, a kitchen equipped with flat screen TV and an exit to the back. In the rear garden you will find a sink and an additional shower, a usable outdoor space for sunbathing or having meals. The holiday home consists of two bedrooms, one double and one twin with single beds and floors and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The measurements of the space for cars are 12.00 meters in length and 4.00 meters in width. Only small/medium-sized pets (not exceeding 8 kg) are allowed in our facility, but, it must be said, with a supplement of 100 euros per stay. The dimensions must be communicated for a case-by-case evaluation by our administration. Linen and towels are not included.
