For shared use: garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). WC in the pool area, children's pool, tennis (extra), children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: restaurant, lift. Shop 300 m, restaurant 100 m, café, bus stop 300 m, sandy beach 70 m. It is a very well-kept and clean apartment. There is no heating in winter and air conditioning in summer. as it has a beautiful view because they are all windows but they do not have blinds so the cold as well as the heat is very noticeable
