لقد صدمني هذا الفندق. أثناء مروري بمالقة للحاق بطائرتي، وجدت نفسي في فندق لم يعجبني فيه أي شيء من حيث الخدمة.

We came home today, and we loved every bit of our stay.. we were nervous after reading some negative reviews but we worried over nothing..think Christian checked us in(13/07/25) and told us everything we needed to know then told us we were on 11th floor with a good view, well that was a understatement it was a amazing view, room was spacious, clean and fab air conditioning, bathroom so pretty and great shower always hot water.. Food..They had themed nights which were great, food was lovely always hot and drinks easy to get yourself.. Bar..Yes it gets busy but they soon went through queue and drinks were really nice, you pay a euro for your cup this is a brilliant idea the tables were always clear no glasses left anywhere think this is definitely way forward.. Pool..Doesn't open until 10 but we always got a bed and umbrella, you can take drinks but no food around pool area, the pool is clean and 2 lifeguards on at all times.. Overall we had a fab time and would 100% return ❤️

We are just back from our second stay at this hotel. I would highly recommend it. The staff especially Imed he is always about and always happy to help. All the staff are lovely and all very hard working. We were in the older bit of the hotel this time. The room was spacious and clean. We faced on to the sea and could see the planes going out which was nice to watch. The entertainment was more dancing than it was when we were there the last time but it was the roc Costa back then. So that may be the reason. There is good entertainment during the day like darts, pool games, aqua aerobics, water polo, and petanque. There's also a few arcade games a little supermarket, fish pedicure and a little gift shop. There are 2 pools one is shallower and better for the kids but mine preferred the bigger deeper pool and there is a little baby pool. It's handy that the pool doesn't open until 10am which stops everyone getting up at 6am and stealing all the sunbeds. Food is typical all inclusive food was nice enough and suited everyone they have different themed nights on. The snack bar is also open from 11 everyday so you will never be hungry. There is a free bus that goes down to the shops and then the beach and back up which is handy as you will have to walk back up a hill or get a taxi if you don't get the bus. But it's not expensive in a taxi. I guess the only downside about this hotel is that I'd wish it was closer to the shops and restaurants but it's a 5 min taxi ride. And a 10 minute taxi away from benalmadena. Which was very nice as well. I will definitely return to this hotel again for a 3rd time.

Visited as a group of 10 for a 50th birthday and my only negative would be not enough sun loungers. Fabulous staff, great food & drinks in the dining hall, fab snacks at the bar, lovely clean rooms and a small shop selling holiday essentials Would most definitely stay here again.

El hotel está bastante bien. Chico pero muy acogedor. La habitación super grande. Una de las mejores que he visto en mi vida. La limpieza genial La comida no está mal aunque eché de menos algo más de variedad. Lo que si es que había en el desayuno un tomate triturado de lata porfavor. Que estamos en Málaga!!! Tomates de la huerta. Recién cogidos... Por lo demás en tema comida genial. Tanto en desayuno. Como comida y cena. En la merienda había una máquina dispensadora de tortitas pero en opinión con el hotel lo mejor es hacerlas a mano porque la cola era tremenda y tardaba más de 10 min en hacer unas tortitas pequeñas. Lo de la moneda con el vaso es lo suyo para concienciar a qué limpiemos nuestra basura y tener un poco de miramiento con los camareros. Eso no lo he visto en ningún hotel y sinceramente me encantó. No dan toallas de piscina gratis. Hay que dejar depósito. El parking es de pago. Las piscinas están genial. Hay varias. Las bebidas tmb. Lo único que no me gustó nada de nada es que el check out era a las 11 de la mañana. Teníamos que irnos de la habitación y del hotel. Nunca me había pasado en ningún hotel tampoco. Pero en general genial todo. Repetiremos

No aconsejo el hotel si no se dispone de coche ni buena movilidad por las cuestas de artesanía (nunca mejor dicho) Por lo demás, nada negativo a excepción de almohadas blandísimas y algunos mosquitos .
