Hôtel un peu en hauteur pour ceux qui n’aiment pas les côtes 😁 sinon tout est ok à part peut être le soir où certains ne respectent pas les autres (portes qui claquent, enfants dans les couloirs qui crient) mais bon c’est la vie en communauté. Personnel très accueillant, très propre. Attention si vous louez une voiture difficile de se garer.

Muy biena estancia, ubicación, instalaciones y yodo muy bien la verdad, el único inconveniente fue que estuvimos 1 día sin gel de baño , al hacer la limpieza no tomaron nota de esto. El resto muy bien la verdad.

Très bon hôtel dans son ensemble. Nous sommes venus pour l’anniversaire de mon conjoint, et le personnel a eu des attentions particulièrement agréables pour que nous puissions passer un bon moment. Mention spéciale pour le cuisinier de la cuisine au bord de la piscine qui est souriant et chaleureux ! Le petit bémol du séjour : La piscine n’étant pas chauffée, en ce mois de Mai la température extérieure n’est pas encore très haute et par conséquent l’eau est assez froide. Ça aurait été un petit plus si elle avait été chauffée mais cela n’enlève en rien notre expérience qui reste agréable le temps de quelques jours de vacances.

Quieter location so you aren’t disturbed, but close to as many activities/nightlife as you want. Fab hotel all round, good for couples or families, with 3 pools, playground, soft play, multi use court, air hockey, pool, table tennis, gym. fab staff/amenities/food/accommodation/entertainment.

Overall it was good value and an excellent location. We stayed 4 nights which I felt was enough. Pros- the entertainment team were lovely and friendly and played great games with the kids. The choice of pools and a splash park on site. The food was okay for an all inclusive, was repetitive after 2 days though. The beach was only down the hill and plenty of shops nearby. The rooms were clean and the staff were pleasant. Plenty of sun beds available. Cons- the pool was freezing, it’s a shame they don’t have a heated outdoor pool for the colder months. The lack of alcohol choice and the fact you could only have wine or beer when sat down at lunch/ dinner times and not given tokens instead with more choice. The walls were paper thin and could hear everything outside and conversations from people next door. I was woken up many times from people in the hallway and outside. They need to soundproof the rooms, it was the loudest noises I’ve heard in a hotel. The evening entertainment could do with improving and have more variety of shows and acts. Overall, I had a good holiday and want to say a massive thank you to Sally in particular who was part of the entertainment team who my kids loved. She hosted some great games and was so friendly and kind to everyone. The reception staff were always smiling and friendly. The catering team all work so hard and were efficient. The restaurant was very clean and they didn’t rush you.

Nuestra experiencia con el hotel ha sido muy agradable, la única pega que pondría es que se oye todo lo de la habitación de al lado y como en nuestro caso te toque gente que no respete los horarios no te dejan descansar. Agradecer sobretodo al equipo de animación, Antón, Andrés y Sally, muchas gracias por tratar tan bien a los peques y a los adultos 🥰
