很符合五星酒店的定位，服務設施位置都很好。

Very clean hotel shame about the very deep pool and small rooms. we had a sea view room (paid extra) , but dsapointed at the lack of space, very compact design and only two draws. No mirror on dressing table so not easy to do hair or makeup. immaculately clean and breakfast very good, plenty of choice even after 10am. Despite signs around the pool many rude people still reserved their loungers so very few available after breakfast - management need to enforce no reserving rule. The pool was disapointing insomuch that it did not accomodate none or weak swimmers as it was very deep apart from a very small area where youc ould just stand. Inevitably this is where most people comgregated and as such it was often busy. Location is excellent, 2 mins from the beach and short walk to many good restaurants and bars - we loved Palmanova. Easy access to Magaluf as well so plenty of choice where to go.

Hotel, staff and food was excellent, the only thing that was not good was a large group of men, about 30,not sure of their ethnicity, but they overtook the pool area and were quite loud, the floor we were on every room consisted of these men, we where the only couple on that floor, at night they were quite loud on the balconies, apparently this happens quite a lot here, and when they left they were replaced with another lot, I will state they were not stag parties, they were older men, but it felt very intimidating, so on this note o wouldn’t visit or recommend anyone I know to go here, a lot of people were complaining but there wasn’t nothing the hotel couldn’t really do, I just wish they would have put them all together in one bit of the hotel and not just plonked us in the middle of them.
