The hotel is in the best spot ever, views to die for,staff excellent good rooms. The big let down is the food it's well below average and everything is overcooked and cold with minimum choice. My partner and myself have both had really upset tummys which has put a big blight on our holiday.

Beautiful 10 day holiday from the start the staff cannot do enough...check in a breeze..lots of recommemdations...food is amazing..with magnigicent choice. Bit of a disaster with a broken tooth..appointment made for same day and as no taxi available Hotel manager took us there....what a hero....nothing has been too much trouble..views are amazing...and rooms are well kept and very comfortable.

Beautiful hotel. Fantastic staff. We did bed and breakfast and food was good,(some strange items like broccoli on the breakfast Buffett 🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️). Clean rooms with comfy beds. We’ve stayed at Zafiro Palace, (5 star), Fergus Style Tobago and Elba and prefer this hotel to all of them. The views across the bay are stunning. Would highly recommend.

Lovely, friendly staff who do an amazing job at making sure you have everything you need. We were let down by the stench coming from the shower drain in our room. We reported it every day, sometimes twice a day, but no change until the 5th day of our week long holiday, only for it to be back worse than ever on the 6th day. We may go back to this hotel but we will book a ground floor room, hence only 3 stars.

My first time at this hotel and I was not disappointed from the moment we arrived and met the friendly reception staff who welcomed us all with a glass of prosecco, all staff were friendly and professional. The hotel is located in a fabulous area overlooking the Palmanova beach/bay(Calvia)....the pool, solarium and room on the 5th floor gave me a great view top notch....so looking forward to coming back 💪🏾🥂😜🍺💯

I'm here at the moment, I love the place and staff the only thing that let's it down is the food. I'm on my 3rd night and it's the same on the grill chicken or fish don't get me wrong I love chicken and fish but for the last 3 nights it's not good no pork or steak or lamb. They have stew or curry but the grill is not good for a four star. The rooms ok and location excellent the staff very good aswell.

From the minute we arrived this hotel was just phenomenal from start to finish. We was checked in by Magdelena, who was such a beautiful person that went over and beyond to make sure that our check in was smooth. Honestly, Magdelena was just amazing! Then every member of staff we met at every different level from the cleaners to management was exceptional in their roles, everyone couldn't do enough for us! The hotel itself is immaculate, it smells amazing and the views and breathtaking. This is the best hotel in Majorca! We had already booked to return in October but we are now changing Santa Ponsa from July to return here. This place is a jem, book it!!

Just back from an amazing 10 days at this beautiful hotel, already booked for next year. The location is perfect, the staff are so helpful & friendly I’ve never known a hotel to have such friendly staff.. Beautiful views of the beach, the vip area is a lovely calm area with 2 beautiful jacuzzis .. The food was lovely.. I genuinely cannot find a fault. I think I’ve finally found a 10/10 hotel
