This hotel is perfect for tourist. Location is very good. Inside old town and near main square. Convenient to walk everywhere. This hotel also clean. All receptionists are very kind and polite.

Great hotel
A pleasant, beautifully decorated hotel in a quiet area and very close to the market square. Comfortable rooms, very good breakfast, polite staff. Highly recommended!

For me, this was a perfect stay. I stayed in a deluxe room with an enclosed balcony and view of the Vistula, the balcony being the perfect place to watch the sunset or just sit and ponder life. The hotel is just inside the Old Town itself, and it's just a very short walk to the tourist info centre, the castle ruins, the river walkway, and to the city bus. Staff were warm, welcoming and accommodating, and very responsive to emails beforehand.
My own wish is that I couldn't have stayed another night.

Nice staff, good that they are on site 24/7. The breakfast was a bit spartan but quite okay. What was very bad was the condition of the beds. The mattresses were very bad and not suitable for people weighing more than 50 kg. the bed frames themselves were also in very poor condition and barely held together. The room was spacious and the toilet was perfectly fine. It is in a very good location in the old town.

Excellent Toruń Hotel
Hotel Czarna Rosa was a great experience from start to finish, as I received an extremely warm welcome and they even held my luggage for me after checkout while I walked around the town.
The only slight negative is that there is no parking, which means using the rather expensive secured lots under the bridge.
