"Our 5-night stay between Christmas and New Year was a wonderful experience! The staff, the Comfort Rooms, the Spa (pool, hammam and the 80’ massage) and above all the culinary journey and wine tasting orchestrated by the Chef and Sommelier Adrien from our very first dinner to the awesome New Year’s Eve dinner, not to forget the excellent buffet breakfast, altogether ensured some memorable moments of sheer delight! A huge THANK YOU to the General Manager and his team! I believe the Chef deserves a 1* Michelin rating! The Hotel Sept Fontaines in Tournus is well worth a detour if you happen to be in Burgundy! Moreover, it is conveniently located and close to Beaune and other « must visit » places in the area. NOT TO BE MISSED ON ANY ACCOUNT!"

"This is our favourite place to stay in both winter and summer .The house and rooms are thoughtfully decorated and very comfortable. There are nice restaurants in Tournus, but we prefer eating the delicious dishes offered in house accompanied by a glass of lovely local Chardonnay, followed by a great breakfast the following morning. Altogether first class."

"Very nice little 3-star hotel. Same for the staff. About ten rooms. Each one different from the next. We also love the restaurant, which for us is the second reason, and not the least, to stay there on our way south, respectively on the way back. It wasn't the first time and it won't be the last... The only downside: an elevator that hasn't been operational for ages. Apparently, there's a legal dispute."
