Spacious bedroom with King Size bed, 58” smart TV. Large living room has comfortable seating area with leather couch (which doubles as a queen sized hidabed), Gas Fireplace, and smart TV. Full kitchen with everything you need. Eating area at breakfast bar with stools for 3. Bathroom with step-up tub and shower. Private drive/parking area. Don't stay in a cramped hotel room when you can have your own big, comfortable home away from home! Pet friendly. Wifi. Located in a quiet neighborhood just outside the city. We left half way thru the stay because of the weather — lots of rain. The property was very clean. However, temperature was remotely controlled by owner and the bedroom was quite a bit hotter than rest of unit. Owners tried to solve but indicated that this was an ongoing issue.

Good value Nicely finished basement apartment, but didn't feel like a basement. Gas grill was convenient for eating in. Easy in and out, close to Brevard, DuPont, Connestee.

Convenient to Downtown Brevard This was perfect for our visit to Brevard. It was very clean, comfortable, and close to downtown and local waterfalls. Lots of nice touches by the owners to make the stay comfortable and welcoming.

Mountain paradise This place was exactly what we were looking for. Our host and hostess are very attentive. The place was very clean and we just enjoyed the whole weekend sitting on the back porch and enjoying listening to the birds we saw 4 large deer a cool looking bat and I finally got to see a white squirrel. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back.

Great experience The place was easy to locate and presented just as it looks on the listing. The host provided everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very close to town, but very secluded. The back porch was very nice to have a morning coffee on.

GREAT PLACE My husband and I were looking for somewhere to stay for an overnight get away and I'm so thankful I found this place. It was the cleanest place that we have ever stayed and very well equipped with everything you need. Jodi was a very easy to work with and very quick to respond.
