Condo is located steps from Cherry Festival Parade route and only a 10 minute walk to the beach.
Come enjoy Traverse City as a local would!
Parking Instructions
Parking at condo has limited free spots, if full please use public parking deck on the west side of condo buildings.
FREE overnight parking on ground level of parking deck. Enter around from the west side of structure behind Bradys Bar. FREE overnight parking from 6pm-8am and all day Sunday.
Paid parking in structure; enter off 8th Street, is $20 max per 24 hour period or $1.25/hour.
Exit lanes accept only credit cards, but cash accepted in NE Lake Avenue tower pay device.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 3-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.

Great Location
The condo was in the best location ever!! It was an easy walk to just about everything in downtown Traverse City. The ease of walking around for dinner for lunch for breakfast was amazing. The unit was good. It accommodate my daughter and I. I will definitely recommend this for someone else to stay. The parking was a little difficult. But we made it work. It would be nice if they had more spots for the tenants to park in the garage can be very pricey. But the Unit was excellent just as described.

Cherry Festival
Lovely Condo, perfect place to stay! It was a great location close to everything. Beautiful place, easy check-in and spotless. The host was prompt with all responses as we came a day early and he was able to add a day so we didn’t have to find somewhere else for a night, last minute. Would definitely stay again

Clean and Great Location!

Great condo close to downtown TC
Awesome condo super close to downtown Traverse City. Very clean. Loved having a washer and dryer to use! Communication was good, with easy clear instructions. Check out was a breeze. We’d definitely stay there again.

Great base for Christmas Visit
This property was so lovely and clean and well situated. Perfect for our visit with our daughter who lives and works just outside TC. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Walking distance to so many things to do and places to eat which made it even better.

Exactly What We Needed
From the location to the space to the available supplies (including the bandaids!), this unit was exactly what we needed and had been hoping for. Parking was simple, but we mostly tried to walk because there was so much to explore nearby.
We would definitely recommend to our friends and would love to stay again!

TC perfection
This property is perfect for a great TC vacation. The location could not be better—close to anywhere you want to go, but just far enough from the crowded downtown streets. Highly recommend!
