Fully equipped kitchen: Cook up a storm in the remodeled kitchen with updated appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials you need for home-cooked meals. Enjoy the convenience of 2 coffee makers, a blender, and toaster, along with a full set of cookware and dishes. Living and dining area: Relax in the comfortable living room or pull the couch out into a queen bed for extra sleeping. This room also offers a large flat-screen smart TV, and Wi-Fi access. The room is perfect for movie nights or simply lounging with a good book. Enjoy meals together at the dining table with seating for six. Feel free to use the brand new LG WashTower washer and dryer during your stay. Private balcony: Step out onto your private balcony and soak in the stunning beachfront views. If you have 2 cars, the second car will need to be parked in the nearby neighborhoods.
