We booked for 2 nights and ended up staying 3. Great, relaxed, quite, small hotel with a restaurant in a secluded rural area. This is a working farm owned and operated by a young couple from the United States with local staff. The meals are as good or better than many fine dining, white tablecloth, restaurants with some very good wines in a relaxed atmosphere. One dinner included a variety of meats roasted over a wood grill. It was fun to hike through the fields and around their livestock and watch the lovable bulldog prance around the grounds. We have stayed at hundreds of hotels around the world, but only recall a few of them. This is one of the few I will always remember.

Great place to stay. Good food. Very helpful owner (Martin) and friendly staff. I would recommend it as an accommodation when you plan your trip to Quebrada de los Cuervos…The road to the estancia is already worth wile…I would return any time…

Le site est joli. Ceal a été repris par des Américains du Mississipi qui y ont débarqué il y'a un an, donc cela manque un peu du chaleureux acceuil Uruguayen. Les repas du soir sont bons et le service est excellent. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de l'espace autour de la piscine, et quand nous y étions il y avait un groupe bruyant ce qui était dérangeant car on entendait tout le bruit dans notre chambre et cela assez tardivement.

Hermoso establecimiento estilo colonial para una desconexión total. Las comidas caseras y muy ricas como estar en casa. Los anfitriones nos recibieron muy cálidamente y estuvieron a la orden en todo momento. Sin dudas volveremos y recomendamos a familiares y amigos

Muy linda casa de campo rodeada de anímales autóctonos de la región y campos verdes, Los anfitriones son muy amables así como el personal de servicio,el desayuno es gratis y sirven almuerzo y cena por un precio razonable,si lo que busca es paz este es el lugar perfecto,alejado del ajetreo de la ciudad.

Lindo y acogedor sitio. La tranquilidad y la armonía invitan a no querer abandonar ese espectacular ambiente. El ambiente convida a leer, caminar y añorar la vida de campo. Un sitio de fácil acceso y pintoresco. La oportunidad de adentrarse un poco en la vida de campo uruguayo.

Queriendo conocer la quebrada de los cuervos que dicho sea de paso esta muy bien , dimos con esta estancia que es todo una joya … atendida por sus dueños es un lugar súper recomendable donde te hacen sentir como en casa , la comida casera es muy buena y los precios son razonables. El lugar en sí tiene mucho espacio para recorrer con preciosos montes de pinos y queda a unos 4 km de la ruta de la quebrada . Volveremos !!!

Un lugar hermoso para descansar y disfrutar. La habitación muy cómoda y confortable y la comida casera muy rica. La atención del personal es excelente, muy cálidos y atentos. Martín además te orienta sobre los distintos paseos que se pueden hacer. Realmente un lugar muy recomendable!!!

Die Estancia ist schön von Bäumen umgeben und die nächste Siedlung ist meilenweit entfernt; trotzdem erreicht man sie mit einem normalen Mietwagen gut über eine Naturstrasse. Hier kann man die Ruhe der Natur geniessen und wird morgens von Vogelgezwitscher geweckt. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig, komfortabel und sauber. Die Posada bietet alle Mahlzeiten zu vernünftigen Preisen an, so dass man nicht den langen Weg in die nächste Stadt auf sich nehmen muss. Das Essen ist leckere Hausmannskost mit lokalen Zutaten. Die Eigentümer kümmern sich selbst um die Gäste und sprechen gut Englisch. Die Atmospäre ist sehr familiär und unkompliziert.
