Beautiful and iconic property inside and out. It’s incredible to think that they’ve been able to maintain this establishment that was built in 1910 to such a high standard. All the spaces are so beautifully designed, even the spa itself.
We also were able to take wedding photos at the hotel which was a nice perk as some other Lake Como hotels restrict this even if you’re a guest. This we really appreciated as the venues within are very classic and stunning.
Some things to bear in mind of
- service at the restaurants is pretty inconsistent in terms of proactiveness, timeliness and attitude
- value for money for their food is average
