We didn’t have a lot of options since it was a last minute trip, but you can definitely find something better than this. Filthy, stains on the carpet, disgusting bathtub, furniture in really bad shape, lights not working, TV has only 8 channels.

Staying here was a HORRIBLE experience. I was told upon checking in that there would be no room service/cleaning during our stay. On the first night of our stay we discovered that our room was infested with huge flies and found mouse poop on the floor of the bathroom. I checked out early because the room was extremely uncomfortable to stay in and have been trying to contact management for a refund to no avail. Such a disgusting place - avoid staying here at all costs.

I booked this hotel through a Major Booking Website in advance of a Business trip to Massachusetts. Unfortunately I had entered the Wrong Dates, by a week. I became aware of this when Tate called to asked when I would arrive. He was as helpful as he could be, but stated that I needed to contact the Major Booking Company to make sure all was corrected. This is not an easy process, and took nearly an hour via an On Line Chat, as they no longer seem to offer a Phone Number. I was promised an email prior to the corrected date. Having not seen any messages, I rebooked the Same Hotel just days before my intended stay. I arrived on the Date that I had originally intended and found Amy to be exceptionally engaging. She asked me which of my two reservations that I wished to use... The Hotel is very easy to access from the the main road towards Acadia National Park. The Property is somewhat dated but seems to have had a fairly recent refresh. The Check In Staff was Exceptionally Friendly and Informative. The Room was Clean and Secure with the normal amenities that we've grown accustomed to, to include a Keurig Coffee Maker. While Our Room didn't face the Water, the property seemed well kept and was far enough of the road to be fairly quiet. All in All, we were quite happy and would likely stay here again.

The absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had. If there were ANY hotels within 25 miles that had a vacancy we would have gone there. The room was filthy (see photos) and in disrepair. There were massive clumps of hair and dust on the floor under the headboard, rust in multiple places, several holes in the wall (some badly patched, others untouched), signs of water damage in a few places on the walls and the room had an odd smell. The water was brown (clearly signs of pipe damage) which would eventually turn a yellowish color if you ran the water long enough. This discolored water stained the inside of the shower curtain a dark yellow. We bought a case of bottled water and used that for brushing our teeth and drinking because we were not going to risk lead poisoning. There was no phone in the room so we had to walk to the office (located in a separate building) to get more toilet paper and ask for our trash to be removed. Absolutely disgusting facility. Stay far away from this place!

we were completely scammed out of our money although we booked the room online and received a confirmation email, but they would not let us check in or give us a refund. the man at the front desk in EXTREMELY rude, to the point where he threw our drivers license back at us, and we had to get the police involved in order to dispute the charges of this scam. seriously, don’t stay here if you want a nice vacation.

Dieses Hotel sollte am Besten abgerissen werden. Das war der schrecklichste Aufenthalt in einem Hotel bisher. Die Zimmer sind schmutzig. Dreck a den Möbeln, Teppich, Bett Vorhängen etc.
