酒店位置很好，就在碼頭對面，離主要景點步行可達（除了米拉馬雷城堡）。家庭套房很大，但是看不到海景（攜程照片是能看到海景的）。停車是酒店代客泊車，一天付款了34.4歐，退房取車時足足等了20分鐘才拿到車，應該是停在離酒店較遠的地方。另外酒店管理混亂，明明沒有用早餐，退房時卻要收取早餐費用，還好及時發現了。

Lamentablemente debo colocar la calificación mínima. Tuvimos un problema porque se quejaron de ruidos provenientes de nuestra habitación, cuando en realidad mi señora simplemente se reía durante una llamada telefónica. A la 1 a. m., el conserje subió acompañado de las personas que se quejaban y nos amenazó con llamar a la policía, lo cual me parece totalmente inapropiado. Un hotel que se presenta como de 5 estrellas debería manejar este tipo de situaciones con mayor profesionalismo y, sobre todo, contar con un buen aislamiento acústico para evitar este tipo de inconvenientes entre huéspedes.

Disappointed
Spa not working. Half of equipment in gym broken. Seaside view gives you view of cruise ships Al day long. And don’t bring your already paid valeted car after 23.30 or you pay again …. Disappointing
