I stayed for my 30th Birthday with my partner and had a fantastic time! The staff are super friendly and hospitable! Prime location and excellent facilities! I will definitely be back!

Main building is Lovely. Overall decoration done in style. Main Swimming pool cleanliness can be improved. Some debris and leaves at bottom. Breakfast Egg Benedict done to perfection, a must have.

Excellent facility. Checkin was a little long but rewarded with bubbly champagne! Got upgraded to loft with jacuzzi. Hotel with a view of the sea and very nice complete facility. Breakfast limited. 2 pools available but main pool always packed. Will stay here again!

We get upgraded for a room with jacuuzi. We did have a very good time at the hotel. But sadly we couldn’t make it for the massage as we don’t have enough time for it.

Just 20 minutes walk from the old town , probably the best choice if you want to enjoy a nice pool and good spa as well

Alles OK. An der Sauberkeit im Zimmer kann hier und da noch gearbeitet werden. Frisches Wasser könnte man auch täglich ins Zimmer bringen.

The staff were very nice. The facility was beautiful. The rooms can differ vastly. One of our rooms was nearly double in size compared to the other one, same there is only one restaurant on the property while the staff is great the food is overall not good. The breakfast was the best part.

A good quality hotel, could be elevated if a few things were improved upon.
Staff were all generally very good, especially the breakfast team.
I had an issue with the curtains in my room, they simply weren’t wide enough, even the maintenance guy said they were badly made. They let way too much light in from 5am. I spoke to the reception staff several times about it and while it was clearly not going to be possible to address it properly during the course of my stay, they didn’t apologise, were generally indifferent to it and offered no solutions, not even a complimentary drink by way of apology. The fridge in the room was totally useless, it was basically a storage area. We received a bottle of water in the room on the first day and that was it, pretty poor that a 4 star hotel in a warm country doesn’t offer a complimentary bottle of water.
The breakfasts were good but again, little details like the orange juice not being proper orange juice and food left open to all the flies and wasps, were lacking.
