Excellent hotel and location! The staff were all extremely friendly and professional. They were very personable, reception staff provided fantastic recommendations on activities and places to visit, helping to organise them and keeping us updated! The restaurant and bar staff were also excellent, very attentive, friendly and it was nice that they provide personalised service, remembering small details that made us feel special. Excellent amenities that kept the whole family entertained. Housekeeping staff were also brilliant, very friendly and rooms very clean. Buffet style half board provided a wide choice for all family members, we were very impressed with the egg station at breakfast and pasta station at dinner, providing cooked to order dishes, we were spoilt for choice. Could not fault this hotel, its amenities, staff or the services provided everything was so fabulous!

Positive: The hotel is in a very good location. The building is modern. The climbing wall is cool, the staff is friendly and the spa is also okay. The gym was much better than I expected with their modern and new treadmills. The kids club is nice too. Negative: The room cleaning is poor. There is no place to hang the towels, eventough there is enough space on the wall to put some towel racks on it. Getting a coffee is difficult, they say that the lobby bar is open but usually no staff is there. The tea pots and mugs are dirty at breakfast.

Housekeeping is pretty poor for that kind of hotel. No replenishing coffee day in day out, leaving dirty cups around, making bed only. Food generally good but not as warm as you would like dinner. Spa facilities pretty good but if you require no bathing suits in the sauna do not do them mix they should be female and male to be more comfortable.

We liked everything in the hotel,the staff is helpful and friendly. Dario from the reception is always whiling to help,the guys from the bar made us perfect summer cocktails and special thanks to the animation team, Marko and Karolina. Our kids loved them ❤️ Lovro&Matija&Luka&Tea

I’m not sure why this review has taken me so long to write as this hotel is absolutely outstanding in every single way. We went as a large(ish) group of friends , 6 x adults, 8 x kids and 1 x baby (and a partridge in a pear tree ) over New Year. It was our kids first time skiing and the whole resort, hotel, amenities did not disappoint! Walking distance to the slopes, in room ski/boot room, ski hire next door, incredible breakfast and evening buffet with high quality (healthy) and varied food choices plus lots of added extras that make this hotel really special. I’m not sure how we managed it but we skiied all day, came back to the hotel, went swimming in the beautiful indoor/outdoor pool (with view of the slopes) the kids went off to the kids clubs (fully staffed with brilliant people so parental supervision not required), adults chilled at the bar and then for our evening meal (which once the kids had finished they resumed their wide variety of activities in the kids club allowing us to have more wine and really relax!) A party was put on by the hotel for NYE complete with oysters, photo booth, fireworks, live music and goulash soup at midnight. Plus other evening entertainment on various nights. The climbing wall was a big hit and available at any point during the day/night, we didn’t use it as much as we’d envisioned as there was so much else to do! Yes the rooms are a touch clunky and loud when in the boot room area but once in the bedroom section the noise is minimal and the beds super comfy. And let’s be honest, all you’re doing is sleeping there so it was more than perfect Since returning, we’re planning our next trip already, best skiing holiday ever, Nassfeld and the Franz Ferdinand hotel really are outstanding!

Lovely hotel, staff were really friendly and helpful. Unusual rooms in that you have your own, personal boot room in an area in front of your hotel room - makes it so much easier than the usual boot rooms in hotels. Food was excellent, bar, reception & cleaning staff all really helpful. Rooms basic but clean & shower was fab after a days skiing. Hotel is really close to lift & ski hire shop. Lovely place - would definitely recommend.
