Mekong Lodge Resort

From online booking to checkout the Mekong Lodge offered exellent service and communication. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere the Mekong river has to offer. The private bungalow was very cosy and surrounded with beautiful gardens. The pool was amazing during sunrise and sunset with view of the river plus a poolbar. I recomend trying the Elephant Ear Fish from the resturant a very tasty meal and you roll your own ricepaper rolls after staff demonstration. We went on both boat tours and had a wonderful guide Thong who was incredibly engaging, knowledgable and friendly, such a great guy! I'd also like to mention Thuy from reception who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We organised our own driver from HCMC to Cai Be and on arrival to the town became lost, a quick call to Thuy and she was able to locate our wherabouts and organised a taxi to pick us up to then get the boat to the lodge. We enjoyed a full body massage the morning we checked out and could easily stay longer as all the staff where very helpful, kind people and the accomodation was truly 5 stars in all aspects! Lastly Thao from online sales made the process of booking easy and efficient via email. Also offering valuble information about transportation and arranging tours everything went as planed. Thank you to all the lovely staff at the Mekong Lodge who made our holiday memorable!

I stayed 3 nights so I had the time to really appreciate this resort. First, you arrive to the resort by boat, and this is the only option. Some can find it unconvenient, but it gives a touch of magic to the place! This resort is exceptional by his location, his style, the quality of the food and the kindness and the efficiency of all employees. And moreover the price is quite reasonable. I have been able to make 2 nice rides in bicycle, one after having taken a ferry. This solution which is a lot cheaper and better option than the private boats, has been indicated to me by the receptionist. So nice !

Good welcome from the team to the resort. Site is beautiful, flowers everywhere, well maintained. Nice clean rooms. No fridge in room. Everything, food and drink, à la carte. Quality of food overall is good. Friendly and attentive servers. Pool and mini jacuzzi a nice perk to the resort. Cai Be is 20 minutes away by foot on a narrow dirt path. Bicycles are available and free of charge. Organizing tours on our own is tedious. In house tours are offered.

It's a fist time a visit the south of Vietnam and it's amazing trip. I intended to find the place to relax and fortunately i found Mekong Lodge. It has all of necessary things i need, nice room, good view, best service and the staff especially receptionest was very helpful and friendly. We will come back this place on our next trip.

The hotel is in nice location, but expensive and the rooms old and dirty , you can only eat in hotel restaurant that is actually is very bad , the breakfast was the worst I ever try , we had lunch dinner breakfast, we try all the dishes and all was very bad ,

The Lodge is very beautiful. Kind people and nice food. I was disappointed with the bedroom. No hot water, air conditioning not working and it was very hot, bedroom not so well cleaned, the bedsheets with some spots and the mini bar only water. No juice or cold drinks. There were a lot of dead beasts in bedroom ground.
