I had a pleasant stay during my trip. Ms. Kieu Anh was very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. The place is quiet and conveniently located near the city centre.

Great place and location to stay at. Took the suite room, spacious and clean. Ms Kieu Anh was really friendly and helpful (laundry service, bus booking, trips booking, etc..) during my 3 nights of stay there. However since I’m a non smoker and rather sensitive to cigarettes smell, on and off notice some cigarettes smoke smell in the room. Was informed that it could be due to someone smoking within the premise. Opening the balcony door does helped to ventilate the room though. Overall, still a great place.

I had a great time at Sapa Dragon Hotel. I stay there three night. I went to Sapa alone and I was sick. Hotel manager is really caring, helping and very kind. She helped me everything. Service are top notch and as I mentioned above, she went the extra mile to help the guests. Location is just few minutes walk from Sun Plaza and accessible to the attractions. Rooms are spacious, great view, clean and I can smell the fresh laundry. I definitely recommend to others 👍

The owner really have excellent service, 10x thumbs up! She can help you on your itinerary, she can help you book your tickets with DISCOUNTS, She can help you book sleeping bus sapa-hanoi with discount and free pick up from hotel and free drop off on your hotel in hanoi, its pretty awesome, always help you for your comfort♥️ Breakfast was so good its beef pho, fruits and coffee,its delactable compare from other restaurants. Contactable always. And we did check in earlier too🤗 Really recommend 100%

숙소도 깔끔하고, 주인분도 착하시구. 가격도 착하고 위치도 썬플라자까지 5분거리라 넘 좋았어요 투어 예약 따로 안해도 그날 그날 경치좋은 곳을 찾아 주셔서 관광도 잘했어요 조식은 간단하게 쌀국수와 과일이 나왔어요 전 잘 쉬다 왔어요.

Accommodation was perfect , just like home

Pas de doublage des vitres, donc assez bruyant par le passage des véhicules dans la rue. Le petit déjeuner laisse vraiment à désirer, c'est le minimum. Par contre pour le service réservation de trajets ou d'excursion très bien et disponible pour l'organisation.

The lady @ Kieu Anh is very polite, very friendly & helpful She helped us to check in earlier than the booking time She also directed us to halal food restaurants I'm looking forward to visit there again
