Great hotel with a decent view in Sapa. Our room was lovely and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable with really nice pillows and duvets. The staff are also extremely friendly and helpful, accommodating to all our needs.

2泊したのですが、1泊でも良かったと思うくらい個人的にはしんどかったホテルでした。リネン類がスタッフさんの手洗いのようで、タオルや布団が生乾きの匂いがしてとても苦しかったです。そして、謎の血やシミがついたままで提供されます。いくら体を洗っても臭いタオルやシーツに包まれるので、ストレスでした。また、ベッドに入るととても肌が痒くて我慢できず、シーツを交換してもらいました。交換するとかゆみは治りましたが、生乾き臭はずっとありました。部屋には窓を開けていないのに突然蛾や蚊が現れるので落ち着かないし、エアコンがベッドの上にあり、風がどうしても当たるので、このホテルでは2泊とも2時間おきに起きてしまうという最悪な睡眠環境でした。防音もないに等しくて、耳栓必須でした。肝心のマウンテンビューのベランダも開けたくても、大量の蚊がベランダに落ちており、全く開ける気になりませんでした。　埃、匂い、虫等様々な理由で常に息苦しさを感じており、早く帰りたいという気持ちになっていました。 朝食会場は相席にならざるおえないような座席配置なので、ゆったりできません。カトラリー類が足元にあることが不潔に感じました。 良かった面としては、朝食でマンゴーが食べられたことは嬉しかったです。また受付のスタッフさんは、ちゃんと話を聞き、真摯に対応しようとしてくれている感じはありました。

Staff were friendly and environment was welcoming. We love the fact that we can see the mountains right when we step out of the hotel😍. Location excellent too(10 mins walk to Sunworld).

the best honest we have ever stay in sapa!!! the receptionist can speak english so it is easy for us to communicate with them. they also arrange electric taxi for us to go the soa viet office during our check out. please don't hesitate to book this hotel!!👍🏻

Enjoyed our stay here very much. Especially the service from the staff was amazing. Early checking, shower available in the Spa after our check out, tea provided, calling a taxi ... Rooms are clean and modern. Location in a quiet part of Sapa with restaurants around. But it involves a walk to get to the center of town

The hotel is located off the busy streets in the main town. The room is sufficiently big for a couple and full amenities are provided. Breakfast provided with my stay is sufficient to keep one filled for the morning trek! It is near a few attractions and good food can be found a few doors away from the hotel. Easy to get to Fansipan too.

Situé sur la vallée de Sa Pa avec une vue incroyable, cet hôtel est un peu en dehors du brouhaha central . La literie est top et nous avons pu voir une suite avec 4 très grands lits. Sue et son équipe sont vraiment très serviables et gentils. Je recommande vivement/

We booked to stay in My Boutique Hotel and ended up in the sister hotel My Gallery Boutique Hotel in a free upgraded room. The location is slightly out of the busy Sapa area but is a few minutes walk from the Moana statue and is fairly close to the walk to the Cat Cat village. We had a room at the back and we were happy as it was really quiet. The staff were really helpful and all went out of their way to help us on trips, etc. The breakfast was very nice and with a good selection. There are some very good resteraunts just a few metres away. We would definatly stay in this hotel if we ever come back to Sapa.
