"A family of four enjoyed the twin room very comfortably. There was no moisture, it was clean, and hot water was very easy to use. However, it was unfortunate that I had to climb a little hill to use the hotel, but overall it was a satisfactory trip. PS:Man Utd came out to chase the team and was surprised by Seol Geon-neungjwi."

"We were a group of friends, I had booked the hotel a month before traveling to Vietnam but when we arrived at the hotel they couldn’t find our reservation and let us wait for almost an hour. It was raining the night we were there and there was a flood in our bedroom in the morning which I guess it leaks from the balcony, the staff offered us another room but we almost check out anyway cuz it already 10.00 am so we only used that room for showered. The scenery should be very beautiful if you are lucky enough that there will be not too much fog and rain on the day you stay."

Thank you for being incredibly friendly and informative, from helping us book the VIP van to arranging for our room to be on a high floor with a bathtub — you were amazing! Second, the room with the valley view — wow, just wow. I’ll let the photos in the review speak for themselves. The location is also a big plus — it’s honestly just a 5–8 minute walk to the city centre! Go ahead and book it now! 😂"

"Hotel service was good if you don't mind the location near cemetery. Is opposite the hotel,, some room facing the cemetery. So if. You book request for mountain view than is OK. Breakfast good. Spa so so n price expensive than other place. We had our dinner at the coffee house on the day when we arrived . Food taste not too bad. Price a little high. Over all the hotel was good."

"the hotel exterior, interior decorations and the way it has been built on the slope/ hill is quite interesting. the staff are very friendly, attentive & meets beyond expectations. breakfast offers quite the range from asian to western. the infinity pool is a bit small but the mountain view is amazing."

"location - About 4-5 minutes walk from Sapa Station - About 2-3 minutes away from Sapa Cathedral - Come out of the entrance and go up the stairs on the right to enter Ham Rong Mountain. - Turn left at the entrance and go down the stairs to Sapa Station or Cat Cat Village. (ATMs that accept Travel Wallet, Kong Cafe, and supermarkets are also located here) - It is about a 10-minute walk to Sapa Lake. - Overall, it is in a good location in Sapa in terms of travel. (Good location for going anywhere, including Fansipan, Cat Cat Village, and the cathedral) facility - There is a terrace so the view is nice. - The shower room is a bit narrow, the water pressure is good, but the water drains a little poorly. - It is very nice to have a bidet installed. - The amenities are good and the dryer has strong wind and the installation location is good. - There is no inconvenience in charging as there is a power *****. - It's pretty clean and I didn't particularly see any bugs. - Air conditioning and heating were installed and operated without problem. service - Breakfast seems to have about 12 to 15 menus (buffet style), and about 10 menus can be ordered. - Breakfast is quite delicious, and I usually eat a lot of omelettes, but they are delicious. - The staff speaks good English and is very friendly. Although it is a bit pricey, traveling/touring in Sapa does not take a lot of time, so it is recommended to choose a decent hotel itself. Overall, it wasn't a luxury hotel, but it was an accommodation that didn't have any inconveniences. In particular, the location was very convenient because you could walk to everything around this area unless you were going for ethnic trekking. (Generally, most restaurants frequented by Koreans are located around here)"

"Oh god I don’t know how many hotel rooms I stayed in but this hotel thick blanket is heaven!!!! Front desk friendly and professional~ the tea that they serve you is amazing! Breakfast was good, their laundry service is amazing and affordable. In a nice quiet area of the town. Will definitely comeback!"

"Very friendly and English speaking receptionist. He helped us book a taxi and tickets for Rong May Glass Bridge online. Would recommend if u are traveling to Sapa on Sapa Express bus as the drop off point is only a minute walk away from the hotel."
