酒店硬件設施一流，餐廳口味很一般，和酒店不匹配，地理位置不方便，出行衹能叫當地出租車🚕，特別貴，沒有uber 可使用，建議以後來圖盧姆遊玩，還是住坎昆酒店比較好

Very nice resort

Nos quedamos una noche en el Hilton Tulum. Las instalaciones se ven nuevas y bien cuidadas. Nuestra habitación tenia puertas que la conectó con otras dos habitaciónes , lo cual fue muy inconveniente ya que se escuchaba todo. El mesero Alberto de Seasalt ha sido muy amable y nos atendió muy bien.

非常好性價比高的地

性價比很高，但是房間很一般，而且安排的特別遠，出行全靠小車。全包酒店，三餐的話也中規中矩。沙灘比較小，海景還是很漂亮的！

挺好的 就是服務有點慢

酒店對岸的科蘇梅爾島上有一個動物園，動物園裡養着幾衹海牛。海牛們被照顧的很好，飼養員衹給海牛吃新鮮的生菜葉子，不新鮮的葉子則被剝下來送到了這家酒店，做成了生菜沙拉。 1. 食物很糟糕，即使是最難預訂的牛排館也很一般，餐廳服務員很不耐煩地讓你趕緊點完餐。 2. 入住後才能預訂晚餐，去晚了大概率所有餐廳都訂滿了。 3. 客房服務慢且難吃。 4. 房間到大堂距離遙遠要坐電瓶車，但等很久才有一輛電瓶車。

房間有點老舊了，但各項設施還算齊全。餐廳品質也還可以，各項服務也還不錯！總體還是推薦的！

We had a great time! Plenty of activities to do in plenty of things to see oh just a wonderful location. My only complaint is I was in Kassav four and the ice machine was never repaired the week I was there. I have to make that statement because it’s such an inconvenience to go to the other castles or qualifies so it’s all a complaint,
