We waited for us to check in and found that we had transferred to the "pool room" The difference between the two is that the sea breeze room is located in the second row of the hotel's seaside, you can have your own terrace but not against the sea, you can feel the sea breeze The pool room is actually a jungle room with a pool, and you can't feel the sea breeze at all. After coordination, we finally gave us the sea breeze we wanted. It turned out that the "sea breeze room" was oversold that day, and it was upgraded to the "seaside room" for free. But it's really noisy! "First of all the service was beyond bad, it’s as if the staff never communicated with eachother. Upon arrival, we got asked if we were celebrating anything, to which we said yes as it’s our fifth anniversary, and they said they would arrange a surprise for us the next day. We finished our stay without any surprise or acknowledgment as to what had happened, it was just forgotten. They would ask us every day if it was our first time at breakfast, ask about allergies and so on, which on your fifth day at the hotel makes it feel very impersonal. The hotel is also very restrictive in when you can use their amenities, which is laughable when they have no direct beach access. Their pool only opens 11am-6pm, their bikes (which are in horrible shape) can only be hired 9am-6pm…it felt like being at a school camp instead of an alleged 5-star hotel. You are stranded on a street with nothing to do, no signal outside of the hotel, no free beach access and a whopping $40 to get to the town center (which is a 15min drive away). To put the cherry on top, we got called to our room on our last night asking when we would like our bags collected for check-out, they said it was arranged…and it never was. We also never got asked if we had a nice stay upon leaving, nothing. They truly don’t seem to care. Honestly, save yourself the trouble."

"A charming resort right by the beach. My room has the most amazing sunrise view. But do take note, it’s an eco-friendly resort, so there’s no phone, TV or minibar. Every request is done through WhatsApp. Its own restaurant has quite the menu to sate your appetite, though there are tons of eateries outside on the main street. The best place to relax and switch off from the world."

"أولاً كانت الخدمة أكثر من سيئة، وكأن الموظفين لم يتواصلوا مع بعضهم البعض أبداً. عندما وصلنا، سألنا إذا كنا نحتفل بأي شيء، وقلنا نعم، كما أنها ذكرى خامسة، و قالوا أنهم سيرتبون مفاجأة لنا في اليوم التالي. لقد أنهينا إقامتنا دون أي مفاجأة أو اعتراف بما حدث، لقد كان منسياً. سيسألوننا كل يوم اذا كانت اول مرة لنا في الافطار، يسألوننا عن الحساسية وهلم جرا، وهلم جرا، الذي في يومك الخامس في الفندق يجعله يشعر بشعور غير شخصي. الفندق أيضا يتميز بضيق الأفق في الدخول إلى الغرف عندما يمكنك استخدام وسائل الراحة الخاصة بهم. وهو أمر مضحك عندما لا يكون لديهم إمكانية الوصول إلى الشاطئ مباشرة. مجمعهم يفتح فقط 11am-6pm ، دراجاتهم (التي هي في شكل فظيع) لا يمكن استئجارها الا 9am-6pm... شعرت وكأنك في معسكر مدرسة بدلا من فندق يُدعى5-star. يقع في شارع لا يوجد به شيء للاستفادة من أي شيء. لا يوجد إشارة خارج الفندق. لا توجد إمكانية الوصول إلى الشاطئ مجانا ودفع أربعين دولار للوصول إلى وسط المدينة (بعد مسافة 15 دقيقة بالسيارة). الغرف صغيرة جدا. يمكن الوصول إلى المركز من محطة الحافلات في غضون خمس دقائق ، ولكن إذا كنت تبحث عن مكان للاستخدام المباشر. الموظفين مفيدة. الإفطار جيد وتشمل الكثير من الأطباق. وضع كيكة على القمة، تلقى اتصالا على غرفتنا في الليلة الأخيرة سألنا عندما نود أن يتم تجميع حقائبنا لتكون مفاجأة... وقالوا إنه مرتب... ولم يكن أبدا. ونحن أيضا لم يسأل إذا كان لدينا إقامة لطيفة عند المغادرة، لا شيء. لا يبدو أنهم يهتمون. بصراحة، أنقذوا أنفسكم من المتاعب."
