Unpleasant stay. The front desk receptionist is only focused on selling membership cards when you meet him and won't listen to what you say. Is it against business ethics to cancel Ctrip's reservation and buy their membership card? I asked for a room facing the sun, but she said she didn't understand because all their rooms had sunlight. The breakfast was too bad. It was not worth 38 yuan at all. It was the worst breakfast I have ever had in Vienna. I had to cancel the breakfast the next day.
