Ambienti che necessitano di manutenzione e ammodernamento. Stanze abbastanza pulite. Servizio di prima colazione essenziale, fin troppo, da migliorare anche per igiene. Personale gentile, non sempre aggiornato alle esigenze di una clientela internazionale.

Merci à toute l'équipe, l'accueil était très chaleureux à commencer par le monsieur qui était à la porte principale. Le check-in était rapide... Le petit déjeuner très varié, le chef m'a fait le tour du buffet...la chambre propre et bien équipée. Bravo à toute l'équipe !

This hotel is amazing mainly because of the staff, they make me feel at home and better. Sonya from front desk is super, always cheerful and extremely helpful. I can’t ignore Fatima, Firas, Chayma at front desk also, as well as Rafik from the club lounge. The terrace is a great place with great staff and atmosphere. If I come back to Tunis, I am definitely staying at this hotel.

My husband and I had absolutely wonderful stay at Sheraton Tunis . If I can give them 10 star rating I would . They acknowledged us as the Marriott Platinum member as check in . Overall service and amenities are excellent. The hotel is beautiful with nice big garden to walk around and great ground maintenance. We Felt like living in an oasis sanctuary in the middle of the busy city . We love the large indoor heated pool and beautiful out door pool ! In addition to large gym , they also have a large yoga / group class studio , offering daily excises classes including yoga which as a yoga enthusiast, I was so pleasantly surprised . Guest has free access to sauna and hamman. We normally like to venture out and eat local cuisine, for 3 nights in a row we ended up trying 3 different restaurants at hotel because our waiter Sami gave us wonderful recommendations and so attentive to our need . We enjoyed the fresh and delicious food at hotel , fresh. front desk has been very helpful with all our needs and big thanks to Ichrak to help us with our reservations for a night we can’t book . After this 3 days stay , we booked another 5 days when we return from our road trip to Tabarka. The location is great , centrally located and short drive to airport or Sidi bou Said /carthage . Room is spacious and comfortable. Can’t wait to come back for our home away from home stay !

Personnel formidable, poli, attentif. service au plus haut niveau. J'ai beaucoup aimé tout. Donnez une prime à tous les employés de l'hôtel. immense piscine, salle de sport, grandes chambres, sent bon. Je tiens particulièrement à mentionner les employés du bureau d'affaires qui m'ont aidé à imprimer des documents. Mais le restaurant est très long à préparer.

Front office headed by Mr.mahdi and team are friendly and issue of language fear gone. Tunis French and Arabic mainly but sheraton team good in English to guide us. I am a diamond member with intercontinental group of hotels . In tunis no ihg so I booked without any hope of service . But every step they were with me . Including a cocktail party on Wednesday in the club lounge free for invited guests or club floor guests .all good
