Asrin Beach Hotel - All Inclusive

The hotel is very nice – well-organized, with a great atmosphere. The food is abundant and absolutely delicious, with lots of variety every day! The spa of the hotel is truly excellent! I had the best hamam and massage experience here. The staff are real professionals, highly skilled in traditional Turkish massage – simply magical hands! Everything was perfect. Highly recommend the spa service – truly exceptional!

Good for people who loves russians, they r everywhere and that was annoying. Elevator broken twice. At 7-8 o’clock can not find empty sunbed. People leave towels on the beds, then disappear for all day. Hotel staff don’t know how to sort that problem. Very friendly staff, special thanks for Ibrahim. Young people serving drinks …very patience with russian customers.

This is the worse hotel I have ever been to the staff at reception are so rude if you have a problem they are against you and will not help you at all they stuck up for there own. We had three power cuts in a week two with in one night still letting people in the restaurant to get food in the dark which is health and safety there as some one knocked in to me and my glasses fell on the floor and broke I went to reception and asked if they had any super glue to put me on the man turned around to me and said it’s my problem and to go buy some glue. We had to ask for clean towels everyday bathroom in your hotel rooms smells like dirty water. The toilets near the pools have no lights in during the day and it’s so dark in there. You get people coming out of there rooms at 10 at night screaming at you in there launague for walking on the corridor talking and the staff don’t do anything about it.the shower fell of the wall when I was taking a shower hit my head and landed in my foot witch left a bruise went and told the man and reception and he turned around and said he will have to go see what damaged I have coursed not once asked if I was ok. Avoid this hotel

There was no technical service at the hotel after midnight the receptionist helped us and adjusted the air conditioning, friendly person he is the only staff member working at night and he does everything by himself. We went to reception to give a gift but we found out he only works the night shift I only give 5 ***** to the receptionist who works at night mr Ahmet thank you so much for everything

This hotel is horrible, from the staff at the reception being very horrible and aggressive, to the rooms being very dirty... You pull your bed frame and its hell under. The toilets are not properly cleaned, there is dust all over the place. The furniture in the room are so old and need an upgrade. Anyways, to summarise, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, It is a 2 star hotel in my opinion. I did not enjoy their services at all, once you disagree or complain about their services, they become very aggressive and there is nothing you can do as the language barrier is already there. Lastly, I am never ever stepping my foot in the hotel and lastly, I repeat, this is not a 3.5 star hotel truth be told to them so they can improve on every aspect of their business, even to the state of the room walls to the creaking noise the room door makes, when opening and closing. This is sure a 1.5 - 2 star hotel.
