"It's a very good hotel. It's very comfortable to stay. You feel at home. You can pick grapes. The boss is very nice. The swimming pool is very beautiful, and the lawn is automatically sprayed every morning, which is very beautiful. The breakfast was amazing, but for me, who stayed for three days in a row, it would have been nice to have some changes in the breakfast. However, I feel that my requirements are a bit high. There are not many guests and it is not easy to run a hotel."
"The room is very cool, and the e-sports is great. I came to Turpan with my friends and stayed in a very cost-effective hotel. Four people live in 85 square meters, there are 3 bathrooms, and there are computers for playing. Fried chicken is nice!
In addition, I would like to commend the three front desk guys: Waili, Ai Zihaier, and Mai Erdan. Their service is particularly good, and they are also handsome and stylish. I feel the enthusiasm of the people of Xinjiang!"
"I came to Xinjiang and chose Haichang Hotel in Turpan, because I looked at the location and listened to it. Next to the national road, in the middle of the two large scenic spots, there is a large parking lot at the door. The lobby gives people a particularly comfortable feeling. The decoration style is particularly good. The business standard room room is also comfortable. Dinner was eaten in the restaurant on the 6th floor. The restaurant was quite big, the environment was super good, especially comfortable, the service attitude of the restaurant waiter was good, especially polite, very respectful of us, especially the restaurant manager Aju Guli was particularly warmly received, we ate in the box, Aqi Guli also brought the waiter in to sing to us. We were very happy. On the second morning, the manager personally sent us a nutritious breakfast. It was really touching. The breakfast was very intimate. Xinjiang specialty dried fruits, decimal ethnic pastries, fruits, especially rich. We are grateful to the young and beautiful A A Guli. To be honest, we really enjoyed the 5-star service in Haichang. We can give a 5-star praise. In the future, I will have to live in Haichang. I hope that Haichang's business will get better and better, so that the boss can make money."

"The B&B is located in Putao Town. It has a large yard and is a typical Uighur building. It is very beautiful. Flowers are blooming in the yard. Next to the house is a vineyard. Grapes are also grown in the yard. You can pick them if you want. The boss and staff are all Uighurs. , the proprietress has a daughter who is in primary school. She is a very beautiful and lovely Uighur girl. She is fluent in Mandarin and loves to sing. The room is super spacious, luxuriously decorated, air-conditioned, clean and tidy, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. The B&B has its own rooftop restaurant. The guy at the front desk is very nice. I lost my room card and didn’t say anything. I just smiled. Very pleasant stay experience. It would be better if the service could be improved. For example, the front desk is in the courtyard, there is no sign, and there is no one to greet guests when they arrive, but maybe this is what a B&B is. If you don't care about this, it will be perfect and great."
"Easily one of the top two or three guesthouse experiences I’ve had traveling China over the past decade. While it’s certainly on the higher end of the price spectrum, you definitely get what you pay for and more. The level of detail is immaculate: given how hot and dry Turpan is, they give you as much bottled water you need & leave hydrating facial masks in your room every day. Also, shoutout to the beds—one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on in China—and Japanese toilet. The facilitates and service touches are on par with the best luxury hotel brands which probably go for twice the price or more.
But ultimately the people and location are what make this place special. Everyone from the owner to the cleaning staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I ran into the owner at a restaurant and he bought me dinner and introduced me to some local dishes I would have never known to order. The location is 🍇 valley. It’s a quaint little grape producing village with friendly locals and amazing fruit.
All in all, Bafeng Retreat is a special place that is perfect if you’re looking for somewhere to unwind and take life slowly. Highly recommended. "
"The room is quite big, the bathroom and kitchen are shared, the sink has no hot water, there are no disposable slippers, no paper towels, when the light is turned off at night, a small bug crawled out, the light was afraid, and there was no time to take pictures. I didn't sleep well all night. The socket is glued to the tape, and it is not very easy to use. There is dust near the bed, there are cigarette butts under the bedside table, and the bed is a bit hard. Not too far from the city, self-driving is OK. I couldn't get a taxi early in the morning. I added ten yuan and people came over. I took a taxi for 50 yuan. It was better to stay in a hotel in the city. Service attitude is still very good."
"Wonderful hotel and experience. Upon arrival, we had been upgraded to a business suite which was incredibly large and spacious! The room was extremely comfortable and the mattress was so comfortable, it was some of the best nights of sleeping we had while traveling. The location is excellent- easy walk to the museums and markets. It’s around a 25 minute drive to the train station, less than 10 min to the Karaz museum…. Out front of the hotel fruit vendors set up in the evening and the fruit is absolutely delicious! They also have a washer/ dryer set so you can do laundry which was a huge bonus."
"Service was fantastic! They were extra caring because we had a young child. Offered us extra bottles of water because it was so hot during our stay. Staff was very friendly (except for the restaurant staff). Breakfast although we had to pay for it had a great selection of Chinese food and was pretty good. Gym was decent. Best was the free laundry you can do. Super convenient because it was so hot you literally have to change your clothes throughout the day and with the desert activities it was nice if you didn’t bring enough clothes to wear. There’s a nice little area to walk around right near the hotel."

Perfect
YYiliabudouwailiService: The customer service lady is super nice and attentive. I booked the wrong time before, but she reminded me in time. Thank you very much
Environment: We upgraded the family room for free to a princess room. The children at home were too happy. They were playing with sand and wanted to stay in the princess room.
Hygiene: Clean and the cleaning lady is also enthusiastic
OOwen RoubeniIn my opinion, this hotel is the most luxurious hotel that you can get in Turpan. It’s affordable and the service was very good. 小刘 was especially helpful in making sure our needs were met. I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Turpan.
PPsymondExcellent facilities, service and breakfast. One thing to note is the hotel's air-conditioning is centralised, so it stays at 23°C and it got rather hot at night (25°C), and we weren't able to change the setting in the room even though it has a control unit on the wall. Another to note is that this hotel advertises that it provides pick up and drop off service to the train station, however this might need to be changed or removed because when queried, we were told their transport isn't able to enter the train station. No worries though as the hotel is walking distance from the train station, and they offered to send someone to help with our bags if necessary. Otherwise the staff were all friendly and we had a good stay.
GGuest UserImpeccable cleanliness, especially within the bathroom. The room was spacious with ac/heating should one need, plus there were lockers and locks to the room door, accessible via key and key fob respectively (likewise the front door). Water and coffees and breakfast is available at the hostel too, as are tour options. Overall, the place is excellent and popular with tourists from around the world. The social spaces are ambulant and there is a cute golden retriever and kitty for bonus points. Would recommend 200%
GGuest UserThe hotel experience is very good, the front desk staff is very warm, the check-in is fast, because the baby is brought, the front desk staff is thoughtful to upgrade the room, the family lives on the same floor, the newly opened hotel facilities are very good, the bedding is very new and comfortable, and the sanitary conditions are very good. The artificial lake was seen outside the hotel window. The scenery was great. You can go down to row a boat at night. Not far from the hotel is the Turpan Museum. There are delicious meals around. You can take a carriage at night. The hotel breakfast is also very rich. The freshly cooked noodles and wontons taste good. I will live here in Turpan in the future!
SSem S.We had a good stay at this place. Friendly receptionist went out of his way to help us out and explore some of the sites around here. Arranged a taxi for a full day and was generally helpful. The rooms are fine, big bed (mattress is a bit uncomfortable), and hot shower. The mountain view needs a bit of imagination but is fine. The neighborhood was nice, pretty quiet and a good area outside of the city hustle.
GGuest UserStaying here is too comfortable and I don't want to go and stay for another night ~ There is Yar Grand Bazaar near Friday and Sunday, which is within walking distance. The Grand Bazaar is very lively, good quality and cheap, yogurt and ice are super delicious! Everyone went to the Grand Bazaar and bought watermelon. The result was that there were watermelons and cantaloupes that could not be eaten. Hahaha ~ There are many mulberry trees nearby (as shown in the picture, directly realize the freedom of mulberry! The boss planted watermelon and grapes at the door, and next time you come to eat grapes for sand treatment!
22morrowsworldThis 4 star hotel has a goid rating on Trip.com and I can understand why. However, I liken this hotel to a 20 year old luxury car such as an E36 7 series BMW or Lexus LS 430. Exceptional and glorious when new, but getting old and tired fast.
On a superficial level the rooms look grand and sumptuous, but on greater scrutiny there are issues. One if these are the carpets, which are either in dire need of steam cleaning on a forensic level of thoroughness, or outright replacement. Some sections are worn and faded, while many odd bits and pieces can be found (and felt with bare feet), that seem to have escaped the attention of the room staff, e.g toothpicks, other miscellaneous refuse deposited by previous guests.
I booked a continental double room, for $68 AUD per night and there was a misalignment of the door with its frame. Large enough to see through to the outside! The room contained a sofa Comfortable enough but with fabric badly worn away. The white veneer paint on tables has seen better days.
Having said all this, overall, the hotel offers rooms of a relatively high standard. Ornate furnishings, large, extremely comfortable beds and pillows, a huge bathroom with sufficient water pressure and responsive hot water on demand (bathroom has a smart lighting arrangement which switches on via a sensor).
There are a dozen individual controls for room lighting. Lots of cupboards and drawers and powerpoints where needed. There is a gym but for some undisclosed reason is currently closed, of February 2024. Is a buffet style restaurant with several guests dining in it which looked very well staffed. Reception will go out of their way to give assistance with arranging tours, ordering taxis etc, and try to ensure guests are satisfied. In summary, the hotel looks good and to some extent is good, but may not be worth paying $50 US a night to stay in and was a little disappointing.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, easy to find on the main road, with a parking lot, convenient parking. The room is spacious and has new facilities. The room is clean and sanitary. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the sink meets hotel standards. The bedding is also very good, and the sleep is very comfortable. The hotel has a washing machine for washing clothes, and the cost performance is very high. I stayed there for a few days while playing in Turpan. The Xinjiang girl at the hotel front desk was warm and polite, and the check-in experience was very good!
GGuest UserThe hotel is cost-effective and affordable. The hotel has a large parking space, the air conditioner is new and cool, the room is large, the environment is good, and it is not noisy when sleeping at night. I stayed for one night and the hotel experience is still good.
The average price for hotels in Turpan is SAR 179 on weekdays, and SAR 180 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
