The house is in the center of the city. 10 minutes from the Joshua Tree (Twentynine Palms) Entrance, 10 minutes from the Marine Corps base. The house is an 1500 sqft recently remodeled home. House is well insulated with strong central A/C and heating in each room keeping you cool in the desert summer and warm during the colder months . It has a full kitchen, with the silverware, cookware, plates, mugs, glasses and basic cooking supplies such as salt, pepper, oil. Kitchen has new appliances, well stocked with a variety of coffee and teas. Washer and dryer available. There is queen bed in two bedrooms with comfortable sheets and mattresses, two single beds in third bedroom and queen sofa sleeper and futon in the living room. This house can fit up to seven people. The house has high-speed unlimited internet. Large fenced-in area in the backyard. You will love hanging in the hot tub and taking it all in, day or night. (Has anyone told you about the desert night sky? Come out and see the multitude of stars and constellations!)The house is only a 4 min drive from the Oasis of Mara Joshua Tree Visitor Center, and less than 10 mins from the east entrance to the park. You are walking distance from the 29 Palms Inn Bar & Restaurant, Old Schoolhouse Museum, 29 Palms Art Gallery, Starbucks, local restaurants, and boutiques. 7-11 is a few blocks away for any 24hr needs and the casino is only a 3 minute drive, if you're feeling lucky!Guest accessThere is parking in front for up to 5 cars, even room for your RV!Other things to noteThere are quite a few spiky plants and cacti on the property (we are in the desert!) so children and dogs should be careful.
