This quiet neighborhood is minutes from the hospitals, downtown, TJC, Bergfeld Park, excellent restaurants, and entertainment. The home was renovated in 2022 and hopefully has anything you would want in a home away from home. The screened in back porch is an excellent place to enjoy your morning coffee, while overlooking the fenced in back yard. You will have 8 steps from the porch, down to the yard, where there is a grill, and a grilling area with a 6 place table.
