"Before I checked in I requested a room away from elevators. When I got to desk to check in I requested it again. I went to room to find that the room was 1 door from the elevator. I called down to the desk the CSR put me on hold long enough for me to take the elevator down to the desk. I asked the CSR did she not see my request and hear my request about the room away from the elevator. Fatima the CSR acted as if she didn’t even care about my request. I went back to the room since she could or wouldn’t find another king room. I could hear the elevator all night. Everyone getting on and off the elevator. The main reason I come to the hotel was for rest that I didn’t get."
