All Things are good......All Staff is very positive & happily. Food is also good. Room very neat & clean

One of the best hotels in Udaipur. Last time I stayed in the railway's retiring room but visited their restaurant for their famous breakfast buffet. This time I booked their Amantra Royal Room for 3 nights and stayed room no. 116... On 14th April it was my wife's birthday and housekeeping manager Hitesh created a customised decoration of our room and helped me quite generously in surprising my wife. The stay, their staff, their managers were too good with us. They were very well behaved, polite, professional and hospitable. We even opted for their transportation for local sightseeing and they provided us with Toyota Rumion which were super comfortable. Reception officers, Lakshya who coordinated with us for Transport, their GM, driver Narendra, their restro person Govind another manager Imraan...all were very cordial and well behaved. Although a special mention and big shoutout to their owner Mr. Avinash Gupta. From a driver to a waiter everybody heaps praises for him, his temperament and cool nature. Mr. Gupta must say you keep your staff happy, your staff keeps your guests happy. Will surely visit your property again and will refer to others well. Regards

Food and stay was amazing Pyar chand from housekeeping is also only one call away. We enjoyed stay here . Hospitality is outstanding this hotel is one of our favourite in Udaipur five out of five Star ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ I recommend everyone it is wonderful place you will never disappoint here

I’m going with my kitty members , here all staff members are supportive and gives very good service warm welcome with welcome drink room service is too good even food is also amazing we ate Rajasthani thali also are delicious. Restaurant staff Govindjiand his service partner and hotel management staff members Niranjan bhai & Hitesh bhai also very supportive

The rooms were very clean and the bed was really bouncy, I had the best sleep there. It was so peaceful and the staff were polite aswell. The morning breakfast buffet was really tasty too. The spa treatment was very relaxing. The location of the hotel is amazing too bcs it's so close to cafes abd main attractions.
