"Arrived at the store at 9 pm, but no one received it. It is said that the hotel actually has 4 rooms, and the door with a code lock is more like a homestay. I found a small assistant from Trip.com. After contacting, I said that the front desk was off work at 8:30, but I didn't inform in advance and didn't leave any notice. Wait until 9:30 to be called to inform the unlock password to enter the room.
Good location and complete facilities. The room is spacious. The service is really bad.
Ctrip's little assistant is good, contact at 3 o'clock in the night of Beijing time until the problem is solved."

"It’s really convenient to drive to the city center for five minutes to ten minutes. The fly in the ointment, the facilities are really old and need to be updated and maintained. There are also a lot of pizza shops around, really good."

"The hotel is a long time away from the train station (<500m), not far from the city center. There are many cheap grocery restaurants around the hotel. The breakfast is rich and the surroundings are quiet. It may be that the compatriots are not used to providing a kettle."

"ZTL 내에 있어서 차가 있다면 이용하기 좀 번거롭습니다.
호텔 건물은 오래 되었지만 아주 좋습니다. 주방 시설도 있고 샤워 부스도 좋았습니다.
주변에 꽤 저렴하고 좋은 식당과 베이커리, 커피숍 들이 많습니다.
카운터 운영이 6시까지라 밤 늦개 도착시에 리셉션에서 응대를 받지 못해서 체크인 하기가 너무 힘들었습니니다."

La signora che ci ha accolte al check in, era davvero accogliente e cordiale, oltretutto ci ha fatto soggiornare in una delle camere nuove. Il signore alla reception al mattino, davvero cordiale e ci ha aiutate col taxi. Lo staff è davvero il top ma credo davvero che se si curasse di più la pulizia delle camere e l’attenzione al buffet per la colazione, diventerebbe uno dei migliori alberghi di Udine.

GGuest UserI came here for the Udine far east film festival. The hotel is around 1km from train station and 2km from teatro nurvo. Which is quite easy to get on foot. The hotel have breakfast provided with boiled eggs and fruits and cornflakes corrisant. ..for the price I paid I'm satisfied. I recommend the gelato shop next to hotel and there is a coin laundry conveniently located next to hotel. Generally speaking the hotel staff are nice.
