Great
Kkentaro hiraharaThe people at the inn were very attentive and the atmosphere was very comfortable.
The food was also delicious and there was so much we couldn't finish it.
It would be nice to stay two or three nights instead of just one and relax. I would definitely use Nakamatsuya again.
JJimmy Hung0305The advantage of this hotel is its location
It's only 3 minutes away from Ueda Station, right in front of the station.
Ueda is also a very nice place
Everything you need is there, and there won’t be any crowds.
And it only takes 12 minutes to get to Nagano via Shinkansen.
About 40 minutes on Shinano Railway
Of course, it’s also very fast to get to Karuizawa.
SShuishoulankaHotel service is very good, meticulous, staff friendly and friendly; dinner and breakfast Japanese food is exquisite and delicious, color and fragrance are good, dining atmosphere is also pleasant; rooms and public areas are well equipped; There is a free CMB pick-up station from the other hot spring station to the hotel (shared with other hot spring hotels), and the hotel also provides a free drop-off service to the other hot spring station. In short, very satisfied and enjoyable.
よよぉちゃんI was able to spend very comfortable.
I forgot something.
I received a delivery by delivery, and I felt very hospitality for the service and the customer service.
Also, if you stay in Ueda, you will definitely use it.
I'm sorry I didn't have a photo 🙏
Thank you 😊
チチョコワThe hotel I always use.
Parking lot, front desk correspondence, you can use it with confidence.
Personally, I'm happy with the water server on each floor.
I would like to use it again if there is an opportunity.
GGuest UserLovely, simple ryokan on the Nakasendo Trail about a mile before Tsumago. Delicious dinner and breakfast and the staff is warm and friendly.
GGuest UserThe manager is very nice and helpful, he even prepared all the informations such as map, good places to eat etc. for our next destination.
The onsen is lukewarm, we can enjoy a long bath and relax.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel's front desk is on the second floor, the restaurant and bar are on the first floor, and the B1 floor is under renovation. The single room is just right, the bed is not too wide, and I prefer a slim body type. The breakfast is quite rich, including spring rolls (unusual). When I arrived in Ueda, I arranged my hotel floor, and it was finally up!
AAnonymous UserIt was good ♪ I forgot the charging cord and was willing to lend it. It was good to use plenty of body soap and shampoo with conditioner. The heating was warm and effective. A major hotel chain route ◯◯ was great, but it seemed that the heating setting was centrally managed, and it was very cold that I couldn't do more than 22 ℃.
The average price for hotels in Ueda is AU$284 on weekdays, and AU$317 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
