Great location, no kitchen food ordered from outside, rooms were clean, but the ac needs deep cleaning, it smelled.

They don’t have in-house restaurant and bringing food from outside which is quite substandard, costly and leading to high wait time. They don’t provide coffee machine and have to order coffee every time and quite costly. Rooms are too small and claustrophobic and no ventilation. Washroom was stinking throughout and no respite even after keeping exhaust fan on full time. AC was not in good shape but served the purpose. Walls in washroom was dampened. Overall average stay given the price we paid for per night.

It was a pleasant stay with very helpful staff. The location itself is one of the usp of this hotel. Rest the behaviour of staff is icing on the cake. Keep up the good work.

We are pleased with the warm hospitality of the hotel serving delicious and fresh food, quick room service and safe environment. additionally the taxi service of the hotel was very good with special mention to Aameer Nagori who was excellent guide and driver. We would recommend this hotel as it’s just a 5 minute walk away from mahakal temple.
