Sometimes it is difficult to find a hotel that offers both affordable pricing and a high standard of cleanliness. I truly appreciate the staff who remained friendly and professional even under pressure—I witnessed long queues during check-in and check-out, yet they continued to be patient and welcoming with a smile. One of the greatest assets of any company is its front-line employees. I would also like to express my gratitude to the security personnel who patiently assisted with guest parking. Special thanks to the male front desk staff (I unfortunately forgot his name), as well as to Ms. Merlinda, Ms. Febby, and Ms. Andi (some of whom have now been transferred to other d'Prima branches). I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a budget-friendly option in the heart of Makassar. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to assist with any request. The security team was also very helpful and made me feel safe throughout my stay. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, offering a wide variety of dishes that were surprisingly delicious for a 3-star hotel. The location is ideal, with everything you need being just a short distance away. My only minor issue was on the third day when they forgot to provide room slippers, which would have been useful since the floors can get quite cold. But aside from that, everything else was perfect! I'll definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makassar.
