The accommodation is close to the train station, but it's not that close to the city center, Sukhbaatar Square, which isn't a problem.
There are markets, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, which makes life easier.
On our first day, when we arrived, we asked about breakfast, which was included in the reservation. We were told that there was bread, butter, tea, and/or instant coffee, as well as delicious cookies in the refrigerator. Breakfast must be prepared by the guest and is not readily available. This information could have been included in the property's descriptions. We only realized that we would have to prepare breakfast ourselves on our first morning there. Typically, in hostels, breakfast is served to guests and is available in a designated area in the accommodation.
We had a little difficulty adjusting to the bed, which seemed a bit stiff/hard. We are used to softer beds.
Overall, our stay was good, peaceful, and comfortable. However, we consider that it was not the best value for money for the city during the period we stayed there.
