Ulaanbaatar SBD - 3 khoroo Hotels

I stayed in this apartment for 4 days. Everything matches the photos and description on the website. It should be mentioned that the Russian-speaking owner Tsogo was constantly in touch with Russia itself. On the way to UB, he sent links to places to visit. Upon arrival, he added links to significant places and to the attractions that we wanted to visit with our family. A very friendly person. When booking for 2 days or more, the price changes downwards. Near the house there is a grocery market with everything you need and an inexpensive canteen with very tasty food. There is a ”convenience store” where you can buy everything you need. Most of the attractions are within walking distance. There is parking. The apartment itself has everything you need, a washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner, oven, stove, electric kettle and dishes. I recommend this apartment for living. Special thanks to the owner Tsogo! I will be in Ulaanbaatar again - I will stay with him. I will also recommend him to my friends. The hotel is right next to the main road, with convenient transportation. It is 1.7 kilometers away from the railway station, and it only takes 20 to 30 minutes to walk there. It costs 5,000 MNT to take a taxi (some drivers ask for 20,000 MNT). Just stand by the road and wave, and you can get it for 5,000. There is also a bus to the railway station nearby, one stop away. There is a big supermarket 300 to 400 meters away. The room is a bit old, the room is large, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the hygiene is OK. The front desk can also help you call a taxi, but you have to negotiate the price yourself. The breakfast is quite tasty, and the variety is almost the same every day

This Ibis is much better than the ones I stayed in China and Korea. The room is big and clean. The waiter speaks good English and there is no communication barrier. The only problem is that the breakfast is room service. The variety is not rich enough, but the taste is good. There is a pedestrian street next to it, where you can eat and drink.

It is comfortable and very good for a price. Had a funny accident, was given a key to the occupied room. Partially dressed man was there. :)) But then the room was changed. Safe did not work but was fixed, lamps did not work on night stands but I did not need it. Overlooking the construction site. The shower button could not switch, but when someone helped it was a great shower, water pressure. Location is not that beautiful but it had a good sauna, small swimming pool and a good small gym.

Location: Located near the center of Ulaanbaatar. It's about a 10-minute walk to the Central Department Store and about a 25-minute walk to Sukhbaatar Square, making it within walking distance while exploring the city. There's a small supermarket on the first floor, making it convenient for buying heavy items like drinks. The room is on the third floor, but there's an elevator. Staff: The staff are all very friendly. They're all women, so they're reliable. They'll even arrange separate rooms for men and women upon reservation, so even solo female guests can stay comfortably. I highly recommend this apartment. One staff member is also always on the same floor, even overnight, so there's no need to worry. The staff speaks English, so socializing is also a breeze. Facilities: There are four shared toilets and showers, so you can use them without any problems. The kitchen is also available, making it convenient for those staying long-term who want to cook their own meals. Thick hotel-quality face towels are provided. Hair dryers are also available. Soap is provided, but you will need to bring your own shampoo and other essentials. This hotel is popular with Korean guests and seems to have few Japanese guests, but it offers a good balance of location, service, and facilities, making it a great choice for Japanese people looking to keep accommodation costs down.

I was very satisfied with this accommodation. The host was very kind and made our stay very comfortable. The host came out to meet us so we wouldn't get lost. The host took care of our luggage while we traveled to other parts of Mongolia. I could contact the host via Whats app. The toilet and shower room were separate. i love that. The hot water came out very well. The host even let me use the washing machine. The common area was spacious and comfortable. If I go to Mongolia again, I will stay at this hotel.

Five people stayed, and the facilities were clean and had all the necessary utensils in the living room and kitchen, so it was great! It was nice that there weren't many people because it was new. The desk staff were also friendly.

The hotel has a great location. Using the UBcab app, a taxi costs about two or three US dollars to get to the city center. The hotel is located on the 11th to 13th floors, with a shopping mall and two floors of restaurants downstairs. However, most restaurants close around 7 PM, so you'll need to go to nearby restaurants. Although the room is right next to the train tracks, there's no noise from midnight until 6 or 7 AM. Trains don't run frequently outside of these hours, so I, who's sensitive to noise, didn't need the earplugs provided by the hotel. We booked a quad room, which was spacious and beautifully decorated. The two single beds were located in a dead corner of the room, and the comforter was too thick, so the air conditioning wasn't working properly, making it a bit warm! We saw two insects, which was a bit surprising! The air conditioner malfunctioned for two consecutive nights. On the first night, the staff arrived and contacted someone else, and it was back to normal after about ten minutes. On the second night, the air conditioner stopped working again (the screen didn't display the temperature), but it suddenly returned to normal after about ten minutes. I called the staff online, but it suddenly returned to normal. I hope the hotel addresses this issue! We rented for four days and three nights. The room was serviced on the second day, but not on the third. The young male receptionist at the front desk spoke good English and was very polite. He deserves our praise!
