This hotel is located in an office building, occupying several floors. There's a convenience store and a coffee shop on the ground floor.
Check-in was brilliant! The first at reception spoke some English and checked me in at 7.30 in the morning without a problem. My room was spacious, the bed was large, although on the hard side. At this point the good things about the hotel come to an end.
Unfortunately, all the rest is quite bad. The lighting system is broken and you can't turn off the light above the bed unless you take out the key card, but then power outlets go off, so you can't sleep and charge your phone at the same time. Furniture knobs are falling apart, so does the knob on the shower. WiFi was down 2 times during my stay, including a very frustrating 12+ hour outage. Housekeeping doesn't seem to know what a Do Not Disturb sign means, entering the room regardless. Toiletries are the cheapest possible, not corresponding to the hotel name (e.g. Premium), lol.
All in all, price/quality ratio was underwhelming. I will not stay here again.
Great location and great service! We stayed at the Holiday Inn Ulaanbaatar recently and were very pleased. The hotel is located in the very center of the city, which was very convenient for visiting the sights. We were especially pleased with the exceptional cleanliness of the rooms - everything was perfect! I would also like to mention the English-speaking staff, who were always ready to help and answer any questions. Special thanks for the wonderful massage in the hotel spa - it was a real relaxation!
The only negative is the breakfasts. Unfortunately, they did not live up to our expectations, were quite monotonous and, in our opinion, not worth the price. It was not even possible to order normal coffee, for example, latte or cappuccino.
But despite this, the overall impression of the hotel is very good. Due to the great location, cleanliness and excellent staff, we will definitely consider the Holiday Inn Ulaanbaatar for our next trip to Ulaanbaatar. Recommended!
This is my second visit. It is clean and close to the city center, so it is convenient to stay. There are convenience stores, markets, restaurants, and even a private currency exchange nearby, so it was very comfortable.

It was really so good. I mistakenly went in as a motel. It was the way you gave me a room in your apartment.
The owner's uncle is a lover, and she's a good woman. When I arrived in the evening, I made dumplings (although I couldn't eat because I was drinking) and tried to make breakfast for me who went out early in the morning. I'm so sorry that I couldn't eat because I was sick.
Is an amazing hostel to stay! The hostel host is hardworking n friendly one, this is probably the best hostel i meet since i travel from last month. The property is clean! The owner clean it by himself everyday! The location is very convenient, supermarket n restaurant everywhere, KFC & coffee shop just at GF! The owner provided free coffee n tea 🙏🏻 just a small suggestion, if he provide water machine future will be perfect!
I highly recommend you to book this hostel
There is very near from center of the city
They are so kind and help me a lot

Thanks for them I spent really good vacation
I swear I book here again if I have a chance to coming back Mongolia
The location is very convenient. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to Ulaanbaatar Railway Station. There are many large shopping malls within 15 minutes' walking distance.
The hotel is very similar to domestic guesthouses. The facilities are relatively old, but the rooms are not small. There is no elevator and you need to go upstairs by stairs. Breakfast is not a buffet, but I personally feel that the quality is OK, as shown in the picture. This price is good value for money in Ulaanbaatar. I will consider staying here again.
Fortunately, the youth hostel I picked randomly had four compatriots staying for a long time, so I found the feeling of talking (as I only know Chinese and fake English), and the fellow villagers also recommended good restaurants.
I walked from the train station, looked at the street view (there is not much scenery on this road), and then searched according to the navigation, but I couldn’t find it. I asked various passers-by and shop assistants and finally found it. In fact, the location is very good, just to the left of KFC. Walk into the coffee shop, take the elevator on the right hand side directly, sit on the 7th floor, facing the police station across the road, and then climb a flight of stairs to the glass door. I stayed on the right side, and the kitchen was right at the entrance.
It is recommended to choose a four-person room with a wooden door. The two-person room I saw was all curtained, and the sound and light insulation was a bit insufficient, and the space for organizing luggage was not as good as that of a four-person room.
