"The location is close to the light rail station, A small old-style hotel full of character But please note that since it is an old-style small hotel, there is no elevator. There is no reception either, guests need to check in at the bistro next to the entrance. The design of the room retains some of the old-style decoration, giving it a pastoral and rural feel without being too shabby. The room has an independent bathroom. The bathroom environment is clean and tidy. The overall stay experience is comfortable and has an old-fashioned feel. Although the small bar next to the entrance is very unique, it is a bit intimidating because of its small size. The friends in the bar were very enthusiastic, which made me deeply feel the warmth and welcome of Australians. The location is close to a light rail station, a quaint, old-style small inn. However, the small tavern by the entrance, although quite distinctive, was found to have small cockroaches, which was off-putting. The friends at the bar are very warm, making me deeply feel the enthusiasm and nature of Australians."

"Great price and location close to Haymarket and Darling Harbour area. Easy walking distance took us less then 10mins to Chinatown. Hotel was beautifully appointed, bed very comfy and clean. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, bacon, baked beans, toast, cereal, fruit, yoghurt and pastries. OJ, Tea and instant coffee. Perfect! Parking was a 1 minute walk away and $25 for 24 hours over the weekend with plenty of spaces available - not sure if its more on weekdays. Would definitely book again."

"I loved that hotel, from start to finish! The staff were amazing, so helpful. Free chocolate and drinks at check in and lollipops in the lobby, plus fruit in the gym – what a bonus! The rooms were gorgeous, and the breakfast buffet was top-notch, with eggs cooked to order. It was a bit noisy from the street, but not too bad. It's a little out of the city center, but there are tons of buses."

"The hotel is very close to Sydney University and Sydney University of Science. There is a Chinese fast food restaurant downstairs and it is also close to the bus station. I stayed for five nights and only changed the sheets and bath towels once. When I checked out, the waiter checked the order email again, as if he was afraid that I would leave without paying. The deposit has not been returned to this day, and it has been more than ten working days."

"My family had a great time at Sydney Central Hotel. The receptionists checked us in early and gave us a late checkout and there was a kid’s corner for my kids to play at. The room was quite retro and cozy, and the beds were very soft and comfortable to sleep in. The TV also had many nice channels that my kids enjoyed watching. Also, the breakfast was delicious and there was a fruit juice machine there. The bathtub was good. Lotion was provided. Corridor has funny smell. The Landry room was very useful. However, the swimming pool was very small. No slippers, no water provided. Toothbrush on request."
