In the countryside between Umbria and Tuscany, lies an ancient estate that has been owned, since 1742, by a noble family. The estate has a winery, which houses this holiday apartment.

Once you enter the apartment on the first floor, you immediately notice the beautiful terracotta floor, which gives the apartment an authentic look. The bedroom is tastefully decorated and the bathroom sink, which is mounted on top of a wooden cabinet, makes the beautiful, practical bathroom look very stylish. The apartment can be heated by the radiators and a wood burning stove (fees apply). Below the apartment is a large garden where you can have a delicious meal and enjoy the sun. The beautiful pool provides cool refreshment on hot days.

The apartment is an ideal base for trips to fascinating cities with many interesting sights. Take a day trip to Assisi with its famous Basilica of San Francesco, the medieval city of Siena, with its cathedral and the famous Piazza del Campo and the lively university city of Perugia. But Pienza, Gubbio and Cortona are well worth a visit, too. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy themselves on the Trasimeno lake.
